Biriyani Bowl - Tampa — Restaurant in Florida

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in my life! I’m not one to start a confrontation or if the food isn’t good I normally don’t complain, I just don’t go back!

I walked in, ordered chicken tiki Marsala and flat bread.. waited 15 min went back in to get my food…. Looked in bag and the Marsala was a tiny portion and the “flat bread” was two tortillas On top of already being nervous because the place is FILTHY/DIRTY!!! I requested my money back. The OWNER said he wasn’t the owner and didn’t know how to refund me my money. Said he couldn’t get ahold of the owner and said to get the F out of his restaurant. Come to find out… He’s the owner. Horrible person, disgusting facility!!!! DBPR/health department needs to do an inspection and shut this place down before someone gets sick from his dirty restaurant!!! Avoid...

I wanted a smoothie & googled a place near my location. This place registered. I arrived & ordered 2 mango smoothies from a male, one for my sister in a nearby nursing home & me. I left the store to visit my sister & deliver the smoothie approximately 3/4 miles from the store.

I expected an ice cold smoothie & it was not! Minutes after I finished it, I was nauseous. Although, I did not vomit, I called the store to complain about it not being cold & questioned where the mangos came from because Ive never had a fresh mangos that caused nausea. The man said they were fresh from Costco & that he was sorry for my experience. A warm mango in a warm smoothie is disgusting! I am skeptical that they were fresh. I ordered a Takeout, the Goat Biriyani. After waiting for more than 35 mnts, she packed me Blobs of half cooked meat, which tasted like shoe leather . I called her back and expressed to her that the food she had dished out was not fit for human consumption. Initially she was willing to refund me the money, but then later after hearing me out she launched into a tirade disputing my assertions and hung up the phone. Horrible customer experience to say the least. Stay way from this hole in the wall.
