My husband and I drove an hour to come to bojangles here on August 18th 2023. We ordered 2 plain Cajun biscuits, 2 pimento cheese Cajun chicken biscuits, and 3 things of Bo rounds. We should have checked to make sure our order was correct because most fast food chains don't care enough to make sure. We got all the way home and realized they only gave us the pimento cheese biscuits (my husbands two). I am highly allergic to mayo and can't eat the pimento biscuits without having allergic reactions. We called just to simply get a refund for the two we didn't get, and the area manager was so kind as to offer us 2, 20$ gift cards to repay us for the whole meal because they had already closed out the drawer that we paid on. She asked for our address and everything. 2.5 weeks go by and we hadn't received anything and I called and the girl on the phone was quite rude saying "our area manager insisted that she already sent these gift cards to you but give us your address again and we will send them again" almost insinuating that we were lying about getting them just because we wanted more. I told them if we received more than we were told, I'd be happy to send back but I just don't like to be lied to and told I'm receiving something if I'm not. It is now September 21st and we still have received nothing. It's totally fine if you didn't want to fix the problem, but why lie to us and tell us that you're sending us some thing if you had no intention to? Or make us feel bad and blame us for double dipping if you simply forgot. Honesty is always cool and if you forgot, no big deal. But don't tell us that we're trying to get extra because of that. That's not cool. Unfortunately, this whole incident has turned my husband and I away from bojangles as a whole and it sucks bc it's one of our favorite places. Below pictured is our receipt.
Makes me so sad that no one even reached out, including the district manager we spoke to. How insulting to be lied to about a compensation by a area manager. Not just an employee. Thank god I didn't eat the one with mayo on it or I would have ended up in the hospital. I hate paying for things I don't receive. I'm sure...
Read moreThe food was really tasty a little spicy for those who can't eat spicy food. But pretty good.
But the service on the other hand was another theme (and the manager was present).... They were yelling, criticizing and fighting each other.acting Very unprofessional. They gave us a very rude service starting for the front only the cashier was professional and on my point of view she was the only one working, the rest were mocking people, making jokes, screaming and laughing between them, one of the workers even came around us and was spraying lysol around us to the air, Very rude if your waiting for your food. Seriously the worst service I had received. they didn't had napkins, silverware and coleslaw and they waited to the serving time to tell me soo. If I've known they didn't had coleslaw I would order something different. We were a group of 9 between the kids and adults while we were waiting for the food to come out a worker with long braids (couldnt catch her name cause she didn't even had a name tag on) came screaming an order and giving attitude towards us twice believing it was our order. And it was another lady order.
They could be more professional, more organized and give a better costumer service. The costumer service is part of the functionality of an establishment. Ohhh..and When it was our turn to serve our drinks they had an ice bucket on the way and they have stopped the machine and when we asked to use it.. then again they gave attitude and clear it trowing things around soo we could have our drinks.

Read moreSo I drive by Bojangles and think, it's been a while, let's give it a try. I'm able to drive directly to the menu board, I see the #9 and I see the "dirty rice" and I hit go (I was considering going to Chick-fil-A just down the street, closer to the charger I'm heading to). The lady said "20 minutes" before the rice would be done. I'm like it's 12:30 pm and there's no one here in line, why wait on rice? I drove to Chick-fil-A. I just happen to be back this way a couple of days later and it's Sunday so the line now for Bojangles is long. I am waiting because I want some chicken and dirty rice. I wait at least 20 minutes before getting to the menu board, but at least this time no additional wait on rice. I got to the window, the lady was nice enough if not seemingly inexperienced. I asked for napkins and as I drove off noticed there were no utensils for the rice, I walked in and at this point thought to myself why am I doing this, why did I decide to stop here again? I drove to the charger, unpacked the food and what do you know. No buffalo sauce on the Mac n cheese I decided to try a few bites of and no dirty rice, instead, some pinto beans which I actively stay away from. This would not have happened at Chick-fil-A or any of several places I've been going to recently. I guess I've gotten spoiled. At any rate, I know now what I can expect from Bojangles. It's going to be a while before I forget this experience. ✌🏽
