So we placed an order online. I've done this many times with this location and I've always had a great experience. However, I received the worst customer service out of an employee, Brittany Davis. When I ordered online and the order got home we realized that it was wrong (see attached photos). Aside from the fact that if I made a mistake about toppings that was the least of my worries for the most part. There was like NO meat on ANY of the subs and the toppings were incorrect. When the answering employee (Brittany Davis) was called, she had an attitude and said that she "Prepared our order herself and that it was correct". I'm not looking for free food but just wanted the two subs, out of three, to be corrected (even for the lack of meat mine). There was no compliance or apologies on her behalf, just resistance. She wanted to bicker and argue with my husband over the issue instead of just taking the time to correct it. I should've known there would be an issue when they "lost" our order and my online was extended by 20 minutes. This is very disappointing. I hope that Subway can teach it's employees how to handle customers better than what I experienced tonight. I think I'll just go to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Mike's, etc from here on out. I would rather drive out of my way than be treated like a nuisance to someone who clearly decided to work that job and deliver good customer service like they were instructed to do, but failed. Read moreIf I could give a lower review I would. I order from this place alot with no issues. I work at a hotel as front desk so I'm not able to leave. Due to not being able to leave I use door dash. When I made my order it was delivered wrong. I called them to get it fixed and they stated they had to call a manager. When they called me back they said I had to bring it back to get it fixed. I explained I couldn't leave my job due to being the only worker on property. I explained I don't care to give it back but someone should have to come get it. The worker then told me they wouldn't come get it nor fix it without having it back. I paid for extra stuff on it and didn't receive it and now I'm out that money and my foods wrong and there is nothing that can be done.
