So we placed an order online. I've done this many times with this location and I've always had a great experience. However, I received the worst customer service out of an employee, Brittany Davis. When I ordered online and the order got home we realized that it was wrong (see attached photos). Aside from the fact that if I made a mistake about toppings that was the least of my worries for the most part. There was like NO meat on ANY of the subs and the toppings were incorrect. When the answering employee (Brittany Davis) was called, she had an attitude and said that she "Prepared our order herself and that it was correct". I'm not looking for free food but just wanted the two subs, out of three, to be corrected (even for the lack of meat mine). There was no compliance or apologies on her behalf, just resistance. She wanted to bicker and argue with my husband over the issue instead of just taking the time to correct it. I should've known there would be an issue when they "lost" our order and my online was extended by 20 minutes. This is very disappointing. I hope that Subway can teach it's employees how to handle customers better than what I experienced tonight. I think I'll just go to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Mike's, etc from here on out. I would rather drive out of my way than be treated like a nuisance to someone who clearly decided to work that job and deliver good customer service like they were instructed to do, but failed. Attitude adjustments needed.

Horrible service. I’ve never left a complaint like this but it was obvious that the lady working wouldn’t serve me because of my race. She wouldn’t put veggies on my sandwich and pretended like she was working on something else but had just assisted 2 white men. She rung up everyone except me. She left the counter with my food wrapped and went on to help a white personal the opposite end of the line although she had cashed out everyone until me. It was telling because the guy was looking at her like what are you doing. I will never go back and it’s funny because they have a help wanted sign. Please hire better people. Never have I experienced such blatant racism ever. I trashed the sandwich. Hello Firehouse Subs

After alerting the person I'm assuming is the manager that the avocado sauce was past date (even by a day it's not okay) he pulled it from the line and then I saw that all the sauces were past date and let the only other person on shift know about it. He proceeded to put the avocado sauce back in it's him and turn the sauces so no one could see they're past date. I took pictures before telling him. They both copped an attitude with me for pointing out the sauces and pulled a new one from the back for my sandwich. This happened during the lunch rush which means they used those sauces on everyone's sandwiches before being called out.

If I could give a lower review I would. I order from this place alot with no issues. I work at a hotel as front desk so I'm not able to leave. Due to not being able to leave I use door dash. When I made my order it was delivered wrong. I called them to get it fixed and they stated they had to call a manager. When they called me back they said I had to bring it back to get it fixed. I explained I couldn't leave my job due to being the only worker on property. I explained I don't care to give it back but someone should have to come get it. The worker then told me they wouldn't come get it nor fix it without having it back. I paid for extra stuff on it and didn't receive it and now I'm out that money and my foods wrong and there is nothing that can be done. This is unexceptionable, I made my order and they messed up on it now I pay the price. Needless to say I won't be going back and my hotel won't be referring employees and guest over to...

So I came here to get a turkey sub I came through the drive thru. Rang the bell and no one came for a while. After the old lady came to the window you could tell she had a attitude but she took my order gave me the total I handed her my debit card she walked away and came back said we’re not taking card I said you’re not take cards confused cause she literally walked away with my card and she says yeah it’s on the door obviously I’m in the drive thru so I have no clue it’s on the door.
