I have traveled far and wide, sampled countless eateries, and encountered numerous customer service experiences, but nothing could prepare me for the Chick-fil-A we stumbled upon on our drive back to Atlanta. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a life-altering encounter with some of the nicest human beings on the planet!
From the moment we walked through the doors, it was as if we had entered a parallel universe where kindness and efficiency reign supreme. Every single worker greeted us with genuine smiles and warm welcomes, making us feel like honored guests rather than mere customers.
But the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the gray-haired gentleman at the front desk, Lou. Oh, Lou, with his twinkling eyes and a demeanor that could brighten even the gloomiest day! He greeted us with such enthusiasm and sincerity that it felt like we were old friends reuniting after years apart. His ability to make each interaction special was nothing short of magical. He didn’t just serve us food; he served us joy, laughter, and the kind of positivity that sticks with you long after you’ve left.
Lou went above and beyond in every way imaginable. He shared stories, made us laugh, and ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. When he realized it was our first visit to this location, he even gave us complimentary cookies “just because.” It wasn’t just a transaction; it was an experience, a moment in time that we will cherish forever.

Read moreFirst, I want to say the food is always good, the order is correct, and the employees are very friendly. The part I completely do not understand is the drive thru design. If you’re in a hurry, go some place else because you will get your food (after they’ve walked to multiple cars looking for you) and, then, you will sit in your car smelling it while wondering if you should dig in before everything is soggy or just wait impatiently for the multiple cars ahead of you to move so that you can finally leave the drive thru and park. The drive thru makes zero sense! I would just start going inside but last time I stood with two kids waiting for over 20 minutes for two milkshakes (that sat there for over 5 min before being given to us) with others who had been waiting even longer for their orders, one being an on duty K-9 officer on his break and another a sailor in uniform. I feel they definitely should’ve had top priority being in uniform. I don’t think anyone would’ve been upset about that. Just when I was expecting them to walk up and request a refund (because they both kept looking at their watches) they finally brought their order. Read moreI can not say enough about the great service we received from this Chick-fil-A location today. My wife placed an order for us thru the Chick-fil-A app, but when we arrived at this location the very nice cashier stated she did not see order on their system but would get assistance from another employee in trying to locate the order. Megan came over and began assisting the cashier with trying to locate the order. Long story short my wife sent the order to the wrong location due to not being familiar with the area due to traveling on vacation. Megan stated it was not a problem and took my wife’s order from her phone and gathered the order herself and made sure everything was well taken care of including making sure we were not additionally charged. We also received very friendly and prompt service while sitting inside from Scarlet. She stated she was in training but she was taking care of everyone making sure everyone was happy with their orders that you would have never known it. I have not had or seen this kind of service from a restaurant in a long time. These ladies deserve a raise.
