Only the one @ address 2325 St Augustine 16 Burger King Jason Patty Brandy My family and I was on our going St Augustine Beach.Me myself had never been but on the way there we stop by this Burger King & They were so awesome and fast polite and it was only 3 of them working they kind and understanding.We made two orders on the orders we made a mistake ordering on both orders. Jason or his staff matter of fact it was a funtime joking and laughing while we were there didn't have no attitude and was really kind in correcting the two orders and didn't charge extra for either order they just made the order without an attitude Brandy & Patty were very polite and understanding and nice too nice atmosphere.Wish all Burger King was polite funny joking and friendly workers in li in Jacksonville not so much they give you anything and any kind of way cold or that has been sitting for long periods of time after all the money you spend out of your pocket to support there business it's down right ridiculous.Food was made & cooked fresh to order all orders oh yeah & my daughter was @ the drive thru ordering also hers was also cooked fresh.I thak you'll and appreciate y'all for being good hearted people without attitudes and putting smiles on people's faces because you cook the food to order . I tried to not look up the reviews on this place and read it because I usually am like “let me give them the benefit of the doubt” but after coming here 3 times in the past few weeks they have done something every time that is super frustrating that I don’t even experience at McDonald’s!!! And you would think McDonalds would be worse but no. So the first day I went there I asked for bbq and ranch to which the lady rudely said “that’s going to be $.25 cents each” which I said was fine, took forever to get to the window and then once i got there and got my food I came home and had opened up the whopper and the burger was pink and also very dry) and I actually didn’t go the second time but I asked to get a ranch and bbq for me and they were rude again and slow. The third time I went which is today, I pulled up and there was like maybe 2 cars in the parking lot so I feel bad for like the one person working, was fast though I’ll give them that, the tea wasn’t ready which is fine so I got a coke and it’s very watered down and I don’t think it’s coke, and I also asked for a ranch and bbq again and I got neither and got given different sauces. I’m happy I got SOME sauces but every time i ask for a sauce I either get a nasty attitude and never get it or I rarely do get the sauces. And I never write reviews but to come here 3 times and every time something happens is totally not professional and y’all need to figure it out before it shuts down. My family goes to the one in town now and not this location because they ALWAYS have issues. Figure...
