Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

This place has gone to trash! If I could give negative stars, I would. Waiting in line for 20 mins paid for the food and then at the second window get yelled at and even cussed at by a belligerent employee. She didn't have a name tag to identify herself. She had short dirty, greasy, stiff blonde hair under a hat, one wondering googly eye and appeared to be heavily intoxicated by illicit drugs. By her jerky movements most likely methamphetamines. Yes, this is a presumption but I have worked in the medical field for several years and have seen this same exact behavior, unfortunately way too often. Another employee seen and heard how this incompetent and combative employee behaved and apologized for her behavior. We asked him if he condones this type of treatment to paying customers and he stated that there were only 2 other employees and himself on duty so they can't send her home. Sounded like she has done this nonsense to other customers. And, to top it all off the order was wrong! When I went inside to get a refund there were 5 employees. I will never be a customer at this location again. Complete chaos inside. Employees throwing out tons of food because most of the drive thru people kept leaving. Because fast food is supposed to be fast food. . .? People in the line inside leaving. People coming in because they waited so long in the drive thru. There is no need to be disrespectful, belligerent, combative, argumentative and use profanity to any customers. But, what can you expect when you have a dirty skinny meth head, obviously with no values working in customer service. She should be ashamed of herself! For her irrational actions and her unprofessional appearance. I feel bad for the elderly customers that have to endure this kind of treatment. It shouldn't be tolerated in the slightest. She should be fired not paid to...

So, I go thru the drive up, order my food (four of the 2 for $5 and pancakes), and was told to go to the first window. I come up to the first window, no one was there, I waited and then saw the window ahead was open so I thought perhaps I was at the wrong window. So I drive up to it. The man dressed like a manager, actually reprimanded me for driving to the second window. I was blown away that he was speaking to me like I was his child!!! He proceeds to tell me it's going to be a few minutes. Then tells me to back up. I thought he wanted to correct my bad bad bad girl mistake and back up to the first window. Nope! He had me back up just about 1 foot. Just enough where I couldn't see into the window. Why!?!? That was so so odd. My wheels barely moved. So I waited literally a moment and he tells me to pull up as he is holding my food out the window. I take it and go. So so odd and strange I just wanted to leave. We'll, I get back home with the breakfast bags and guess what?!?!? I'm missing one breakfast sandwich! What the hey! That was the oddest experience and so very disappointing to not have what I paid for. I did not call because I am 30 minutes away. Went to that Burger King because I needed something from the Walmart there. I don't think I'll be visiting there again. A manager to treat customers like that and then rip me...

This place does not deserve the 3 stars that it has collectively. It should simply be shut down. Constantly in line for 20 minutes with minimal customers and waiting at the window for at least another 10minutes. For 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 small onion rings. After all that wait she comes to the window with my bag and said there out of onion rings. Really? And to top it off one of the chicken sandwiches was cold. Like how the hell does that happen when I'm waiting at the window for 10 minutes. I've tried and tried but this place is bogus. And the same person collecting my money at window 1 is handing me my food at window 2. How does this help when there developed a line behind me and I see workers making whoppers? Where is my food? And couldn't just drive off cause the scumbags already took my money. I hate this bk with a passion. And if I want bk I will travel to 1 of the other 2 in town.
