Subway — Restaurant in Florida

The young girl behind the counter was so rude and defensive. I ordered rotisserie chicken sandwich. I took one bite and it tasted fishier than my boyfriends tuna sandwich. I brought it back up to the counter and said that it tasted funny. The girl said I asked you if you wanted it hot. Unfortunately I did not know that the chicken needed to be heated to be edible ! At first she said she could heat it I said I’d prefer something else as the chicken was fishy. She just became very defensive saying that I can’t blame her for it and I needed to buy a new one. I then said find can you please heat it, she then refused to do what she had offered a minute prior. I was so in shock and there was a line forming so I just left the sandwich on the counter and left… I was approached as I left by a regular to the shop that advised how awful these kids are suggested I come back to speak to the managers who are there in the mornings. This girl was so rude and abrasive with no provocation… I may have been killing her high, hopefully she learns that before you can do your job high, you need to first be able to do...

This is the second time I have ordered from this location at about a 50 dollar order and I am appalled. The Cali (for the second time) did not include smashed avocado or sauce and this time on the wrong bread too. The first time I tried to correct this issue some arrogant man named Joe spoke down to my mother, a senior citizen, and told her to take up her complaints with Doordash. Last time I checked those folks don't make the sandwiches, Joe. I didn't even call in this time with how upset he got my mother and I on our last order. I'll be using the subway across town, Publix, and Key West Subs for my future sandwich orders for myself and family.

Coming from previously running multiple fast food locations this service is beyond appalling. The management and most of the crew should be ashamed of themselves. Y'all are lucky your location doesn't get turned into a KFC. I really hope corporate sees this one because we have one bodacious testimony for you. Most subways are usually the same, but this Walmart Subway was just horrible. They don't even have buffalo chicken. They have to pour the sause on it. They just slap small bits of ingredients on the sandwich like they don't care, and on top of that their oven doesn't even toast. I asked for more of anything and they still don't do anything. And when I asked then why they put so little they just kept saying, "I don't know."
