Hello guys, just posting to clarify a few things. For starters, all of these reviews are true, from the guy that says the restaurant focuses more on drive thru to the one that says he spent half an hour for a milk shake. I know 'cause I am working here as I am writing this; heck, for all we know I could have been the one that said the shake machine was broken. I've been here for over 4 months now and I can tell you the reason for all this complains is due to bad management. Our old manager took a bunch of tools from our inventory and neglected the constant maintenance of the equipment, that's why some customers ask for hot chocolate or coffee late and we didn't have any . That's the reason why some machines breake out of the blue and why we had the icee machine broken for a month. I am just surprised how none of the complains mentioned cold fries, since that WAS a big one with new ppl in the kitchen. The reason our drive-thru is slow is due to the lack of properly trained members we used to have with our old manager and the lack of proper management. We sometimes found ourselves with only 2 cashiers in the front when we need at least 3, two to take orders in the front and drive thru and a 3rd to pass the food out. Our old manager used to constantly hire new "untrained" personnel and it takes a while to learn especially when they were put on drive thru in their first day. Not all the complains were cover here but a few of the most important ones. I hope this helps anyone reading this understand the reason behind the posted reviews and to give the restaurant a new try since we have a new manager. Thanks...

No—scratch that. You need to listen.
Because for the second time now, I have been handed a Coke Zero in place of a Diet Coke without warning, apology, or so much as a whisper of accountability. And I need you to understand: these are not the same drink. They do not taste the same. They do not feel the same. They do not spark the same joy.
Diet Coke is a crisp, aspartame-laced icon of taste and restraint. It’s the Beyoncé of zero-calorie sodas. Coke Zero is… Coke Zero. A middle child with identity issues, constantly trying to prove it belongs. A bootleg stunt double in a stolen can.
When I say Diet Coke, I mean Diet Coke. I am not saying, “Surprise me.” I am not saying, “Any vaguely dark-colored, low-calorie fizz will do.” I am saying Diet. Coke.
So when I’m handed a Coke Zero—again—with zero heads-up, it’s not a simple oversight. It’s a betrayal of trust. It’s soda fraud. Would you hand someone a turkey burger when they asked for a beef patty and say, “Eh, same vibe?” No. You’d be slapped with a Yelp review and righteous indignation.
Let’s restore order. Let’s bring back the simple elegance of choice. And above all, let’s respect the ask.
Because if I wanted Coke Zero, I’d have asked for it. And if I wanted to be disappointed, I’d revisit my 2020 vision board.
Sincerely, A Tired Consumer Just Trying to...
Read moreWaited at the drive thru for 2 minutes, twice (I drove around and tried again). The night manager was the only person working there. She, coincidentally, was able to be present for the car in front of mine, and the car behind mine (arrived when I was about to make a third pass). When I finally got her attention through the window, she asked me with incredible hostility what I wanted (surely a mystery what a customer might want from a food provider), explained she was in the freezer (once again, quite coincidentally only during the times I was at the order speaker), and told me I needed to calm down, despite there being no outburst on my part. All I wanted was a Hershey's Sundae Pie. She practically thew it at me. When I attempted to pay for it, she said she didn't want it and closed the window.
Poor management, poor customer service, lack of care for following a proper business model, hostility, and what almost felt like discrimination make for a poor experience. I hope this person does not hold that job for...
