Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Indian/Palestine male manager is Rude to customers. ACTUALLY heard him say to a customer asking a question and he replied pointing at display: "CAN you read? Are you sure? I don't think so .." She left crying. Very difficult understanding but with his attitude, it's not worth asking a question. SUBWAYS SEEMS NOT TO CARE! Sandwiches were not made properly. Server kept shorting my request for add ons, left of mayo.Mayo.. could not understand. Not sure if its a franchise store but everyone appeared to be from India with a language and attitude barrier. Manager was worst. Complaint to corporate came back from store in broken English unintelligible and not addressing problem... talking about someone's daughter and cheese??? Probably mixed my complaint with of of the many I'm sure this store recieved

RESPONSE EMAIL FROM COMPLAINT.. Manager called me a LIAR then rambled about something with a Pretzel ??? (not ordered) and my daughter (not with me). NO WAY TO CONTACT CORPORATE.. They forward complaints...

Food and atmosphere ok but service is horrible. A woman started our order but stopped and told some young Mexican worker to take over. Well when he pulls out the sandwiches the woman put in the toaster I noticed she got one of the sandwiches wrong. I tried to tell the young Mexican worker that and told him I'd take it just make another sandwich but he couldn't understand English and kept making hand gestures towards the sandwiches. I told him to get the manager. I started to just leave them the woman and obviously the manager shows up asking me what the problem was stating he couldn't understand English. I told them he shouldn't have been left alone then. Well they should've offered a discount since they screwed up my order and my first sandwich got cold sitting there waiting for the other one to be corrected. But I was charged full price. Definitely not worth the $20 I was charged. Won't...

Ordered 3 subs each sandwich we had to ask for more veggies. They put 5 peppers in a footlong asked for more they added 2 more then waited until my daughter wasn't looking then took those two off and put them back in the bin! They acted like even a normal amount of veggies was an absurd request. Filled out the survey on the receipt for a free cookie and after a lot of drama from the owner my kid gets a cookie as well as an ear full from the owner. She comes back to the table and we all get to listen to the owner talk badly about us. I pack up my kids and stop by the counter to talk to the owner. He refuses to give me his name so I can call corporate even makes a grab for my phone. He then tell me to "get the fu
