I came through the drive thru. 1st of all I sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes before it was even my turn. When it was my turn I wasn't greeted with any sort of pleasantries. After about 5 minutes, I said hello a couple of times, at which time the drive thru person said that there were only 2 people working and he'd be with me as his dining room was full. I said okay, to which the person said oh you're going to do this now? No clue what be was talking about. I said it was okay, all I was looking for was to see if someone was there. It wasn't in a rude manner, but whatever. Finally another voice came over the squackbox and asked me for my order. I wanted the special that was listed on the board. here's the 2nd of all. I can't find that on my computer, you'll have to come in and order at the counter. I said excuse me? The person on the computer couldn't find it on his menu. That's a coupon thing. I said no it's listed on your menu out here. I'm looking right at it. Oh well, I can't find it, so you'll have to come in and order at the counter. I should have left and not gone in, but because it was for someone else, I went in. 3rd thing. I went in having to carry my child, and had to wait another 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I placed my order. This person was perplexed. He couldn't find it on his computer either. Well ma'am, that's a coupon thing. I looked at him with a huh kind of look and Looked up at the menu and pointed. He said well its new. I don't even know how to do that. Can you give me a minute while I go talk to my manager? Sure why not?!?. He came back and started pressing button on his computer and some of the things that were coming from his mouth. No it wasn't vulgar, it had to do with him not knowing that he didn't know that was on here or that they sold certain things. How is that possible???? I was at Burgee King for almost an hour to order lunch is what this boils down to. It's heartbreaking to have poor customer service and long wait times that are completely...
Read moreWent to get lunch after church, and stood in an empty drive thru by the intercom for almost 5 min. There was no acknowledgment from inside that they were aware a customer was in line. As I proceeded to the window another vehicle ( a silver truck) pulled in behind me to the intercom. As I got to the window I saw a lady with a headset on inside and she came right by the window putting condiments up without acknowledging that she had someone at the window. I then saw her fill a cup to hand to an inside customer. She then moved around doing other things. I honked once and patiently waited still not being acknowledged. I decided to blow my horn a second time to attempt to get her attention when the silver truck passed me obviously ticked at waiting. She then proceeded to come to the window, yell at me and accuse me of cussing her out and acting crazy, which I did not. I told her that if she was busy she could have at least have acknowledged that she had customers in drive through. She continued to verbally assault me stating that she was going to call the cops which I told her to go ahead since the cameras around the building would show that I was patiently sitting at the window. I also told her that her screaming verbal insults was not becoming of a General Manager who should be representing the establishment, and told her that all I was trying to do was order my food. She went on to state that she did not have Alzheimer’s while continuing to point her finger at me which I asked her not to do. She also stated that I was not better than her, which I never stated or implied. I ended up leaving and ordering food from Culverts . This was the most ridiculous encounter I have ever had at any establishment that I have done...
Read moreThe two females working the drive-thru on Saturday morning 5/20 were completely incompetent and rude. I ordered a croissant and asked for a ice coffee as well they said the machine was down (I thought to myself hummmm never heard that one before but okay). I said okay I will just take the ham and cheese croissant then. They then left me waiting at the order spot for more than 5 minutes and then came back and said "Oh now so what kind of croissant" I replied ham and cheese please. She said sausage and egg. I said no ham and cheese. She said oh yeah ham and then proceeded to ring up a sausage croissant ( could see it on the computrized menu/order screen when she keyed it in. I then said a ham croissant again and she proceeded to say yeah and tell me the total for a sausage croissant. When I pulled around I ask did she get I wanted a ham croissant she said very rudely uh yeah and told me the total for a sausage again. I ask isn't the ham croissant $3 and something and she said yeah but with tax it is $5 and change. I told her that does not sound right cause tax would not be more than 40cents. She said "oh yeah" (like your right), so then she changed her story to well the price is wrong on the order menu( mind you the is a computerized order screen that is tied to the registry that you can see when they ring the WRONG item in). But she continued to lie and say when you ring it up it comes to $5 something with tax. I gave up because at that point I did not trust her with my credit card or to make my croissant correctly. So said now I know why this location is always so dead even in a...
