Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

So yesterday we went and got a pizza it was hectic in there. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to pick up an order. I like that the guy that delivered pizzas with no shirt got to jump in front of all of us that did not work for them got to go first but I found him sitting on top of his car playing on his phone until his pizza was ready as I was waiting in line he comes in with no shirt on steel and get the pizza in front of everyone and leaves even the door Dashers had to stand in line I don't know what was so special about this guy he had no papa John markings and he did not have a sign on his car so who was the delivering to. And on top of all of it I finally make it to the counter and the girl was just a little I don't know how to explain it I think she was more annoyed than anything but I understand when you have a 20 people in your lobby and that's just you and some dude in the back that keeps staring at everybody you know the guy in the back could have stopped what he was doing and that was pretty much nothing and help the girl it would probably got most of the people out that were just waiting to pick up out of everybody in front of me only one person ordered the rest for pickups but imagine not taking 15 minutes it should not have taken that long but it did because the girl was that overwhelmed. No fault to her she was trying but it's probably the worst experience I've ever had that alarm pizza was already Freddy 5 minutes before I walked in so it was 20 minutes before I could get my pizza and walk out the door I had a warm it up when I got home Pizza is not the same after you have to put it in a microwave. Ordered a pizza a 6:46PM tonight. Was told it would be 45 minutes with a delivery window of 7:31- 7:41. Called at 7:42 because no pizza. They told me that the pizza was ready and would be the next one out. I asked if it would be hot, they told me yes. I live 8 minutes from Papa Johns. Pizza arrived at 8:06. Cold. And to top it off, they gave us HALF a pepperoncini. Looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I'm sure a bite wasn't taken out of it, but someone lazily put that in the box and didn't even think that a full pepper would have been better product presentation. We Would've called back to get a new pizza since it was freezing cold but we were starving and couldn't wait another hour for a new pizza. And they only replace if less than two slices had been eaten. I Submitted a complaint and was offered 50% off my next order. Kinda rude given the fact we ordered $30 worth of stuff, tipped almost $6 for delivery and paid a delivery fee just for it to show up 30 minutes late, and cold, and a half eaten pepper. PLUS we ordered two of the new dessert items that we were so excited for just for them to be cold and chewy. Truly...

Staff was extremely rude as we ordered pizza at 10:30 and was told it would be delivered 35-45 minutes later. We called around 11:30 asking where it was cause the tracker wasn’t working. They said they were sending it now. 12:00 am rolls around (when they close) and we called and she said it was just now out for delivery and we requested for it to be refunded as we didn’t want cold pizza. She stated that it wasn’t possible because she had a timer set for 2 hours on her end. Told her to just cancel the order and all she has was excuses as to why they couldn’t deliver in the time frame saying that she and one driver were the only ones there and they didn’t know how to turn off the delivery service. Very disappointed as we have ordered from this location tons of times and we have had door dash deliver from there plenty of times when there wasn’t a driver available. All to say it was a holiday too so you would think they would have enough staff to cover the volume of orders coming in.
