Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

I am visiting this BK at least 15 years. Over the years I visit less and less and less. I use to go every week a few times. Now I go once a few months only as emergency.

BK CORPORATE needs to realize that ALL BK drive thrus are asking people to drive around back up and move up or move back and then come up. Maybe they are timing cars and want to keep times low so bc of this reason I have been Avoided all BK even though I like BK better than all other burger places.

McDonalds doesnt taste as good to me but the experience is better than any BK. So BK should look at McDonalds and Chickfila to improve. They are clearly...

We do not usually write a bad review, but this is going be one. We love Burger King and it's our first and last bad experience we have had at this location. We will never revisit. The onion rings seemed recooked or reheated very hard and crunchy, and the chicken was warm and not juicy as it should be. Even though we went thru the drive thru and waited until we arrived home to eat, my sandwich should not have been cold. Notice we are giving you details that only Burger King fans would know. Service was ok, I was not thrilled about being asked to drive back to reset their timers when I was ordering. We do not like to feel pressured that I have time limits which makes me feel unwelcome.
