I visited your establishment on Friday 10/23/20 was greeted at the counter a young man took my order no problems, while waiting for my order a young lady came from the back or side office and started bagging orders, then she coughed into her arm that's when I noticed she had no gloves on but worst of all she did not have a mask on, that's when I got my phone and began to video record her by that time she had gone over to the fryer and was packaging food a young man working across from her asked her was I recording her, she immediately came over and asked if I was recording her I told her yes she told me it was illegal for me to do that, then she asked me why, I told her you have a sign posted stating that everyone must we're a mask, (I have no problem with that I am a firm believer in wearing mask,) I asked her why are you handling and serving food and not wearing a mask. She then started telling me she could call the police, she also said instead of recording her why didn't I just tell her to get a mask I looked at her in dismay and told her that this is your job I am a customer I should not have to ask or tell you to what should already be a policy. Then the young man came to the counter I am assuming he is the manager and told me he was refusing my service and was giving me a refund. How's that for customer service in the midst of a virus. She then gave me my refund receipt and told me to have a nice day and I replied, you as well then she replied "Oh I know I will." Read moreI'm not sure what happened but this is definitely not the crew from Dec -Jan. In fact this newer group is horrible I'm not sure if the early morning or lunch crew is worst. I do know they are both slow went in one day for lunch and my co worker and I were 3rd in line. They had to fix the first guy order like 4 times for the sake of not getting it right repeatedly, completely forgot about the lady that had order before him (25 minutes she said she was waiting). Look up obviously it lunch and the line has gotten long. We ordered and waited 15 minutes or so, the food was given out in no order a group of 4 guys that were toward the end of the line maybe 4-5 people got their food first. Then the little elderly lady at the very end got her food too before us and she had 3 bags of food. With all of that I said I wasing going back for lunch. No let's talk breakfast, two cars in front of me, I pulled around and the 1st car was pulling off so one car, 5 minutes pass and their food come out the window. My turn the young lady takes my money with a very cold disturbing look on her face as if she had seen a "ghost". Sge says something to someone out if sight then looks back at me. I get my food and my hash browns were cold...in which I sat there about 4 minutes myself . I just didn't feel comfortable eating my food and tossed it got a bad eerie feeling and didn't trust it. Read moreWorst burger king I've been to yet. Went there today to get my coworkers and myself lunch. It's .6 miles away from where I work. It took maybe five minutes to get there. I go to go through the drive thru and they let me know they can't do more than two orders at a time though the drive thru (I had three, and what happened to having it your way? I've never had issues with other BKs and doing more than two orders at a drive thru) so I go inside, wait five minutes before someone realizes that I'm waiting at the front. There is liquid on the counter and the cashier messed up the first order and I corrected her and she gave me an attitude. The staff was goofing around, but no warmth towards the customers. Then to top it off, I watched all three of my orders sit for 15 minutes before someone bagged them up for me. Which I think is complete BS that we even had to pay after waiting (keep in mind some people only have 30 minute breaks and this stop should have only taken 15 minutes tops). If I could rate this BK in 0 stars, I would. But I give it an F for customer service and an F in the quality of food I received, which was cold and soggy.
