I wouldn't say they have the best pizza, but for variety, it's worth it. There are so many different flavors, you never know what's going to be up when you first get inside. But no worries, the staff is always friendly and helpful when it comes to preparing and cooking your favorite pizza. (You should try the Mac n cheese, it's not just for kids, I love it). Lucky for me a kid asked for Mac n Cheese pizza and so I was able to grab a couple slices. Unfortunately because it is a buffet the pizza can get a little "old" sitting out, so not every slice is great. But you can usually tell but looking at it. The location was clean, the service was super friendly, and I didn't have any issues with anything. I wished the dessert pizza was a little more warm or fresh, but other than that, it was a good experience. I always love going by cici's every once in awhile when I'm not sure what I want to eat. My husband always loves pizza so this is a great go to since we have different tastes! Really happy to see this one still going here at Orange Park. I was worried the franchise was going to disappear completely after last year.

Great return after the pandemic. Was worried when I heard about the chain's bankruptcy and subsequent buy-out, but I can safely say nothing has changed, at least at the Blanding location. You definitely get your fill for the buffet price and the new system of them asking which pizza you're looking for when you walk in helps to ensure that you'll get what you came for. If I had one point of critique, I'd say that parmesan and crushed red pepper shakers should be at the tables instead of asking for individual packets, as I feel bad hassling the workers who are already working their hardest for packets when I grab a new plate. Customer service was great and the whole experience was just what I needed after a year without a buffet in sight. Well done, Blanding team.

I don’t know how this place has the good reviews it does. First, the place is filthy. The floors were gross, and so were the rugs and the prize boxes for some of the crane machines. There was a part of the floor that was broken that had small puddles of water in it. A lot of the games did not work properly, the cranes were very sticky. The tables and chairs are pretty wobbly. When I went to get pizza for my children, I had to use the spatula to cut a slice of pizza because it wasn’t cut well enough. The pasta tasted like it was a couple of days old and had just been reheated. I understand it’s a cheap place to eat but it should also be presentable with good-quality food.

Update 5/17/24:Major Improvements at CiCi's Pizza – A Pleasant Surprise!

I've been a long-time visitor of CiCi's Pizza, but my recent experience there left me genuinely impressed. Not sure how the management has changed, but you can definitely tell that something has, because the service and quality have dramatically improved.

From the moment we walked in, everyone stopped what they were doing or at least looked up to greet us with a cheerful "Welcome to CiCi's!" It was a warm, welcoming gesture that set a positive tone for our visit. As we were leaving, we received the same enthusiastic "Thank you for coming!" It was a nice touch that made us feel appreciated.

The cashier was exceptionally pleasant and immediately took our personal pizza request to the ovens. It was ready within 10-15 minutes, which was just enough time to get the kids started on some pizza, grab everyone's drinks, and have a small side salad before our personalized pizza arrived.

The buffet was a highlight – everything was fresh, nothing was stale, stagnant, or dried out. There were plenty of options, and the staff even announced what was fresh and hot as they placed it on the bar, saving us from having to guess and get up to check.

The refreshment area was impressively clean, a noticeable improvement from past visits. While the restrooms still need a bit more attention – particularly the walls, which show greasy handprints – the overall cleanliness has improved. A small suggestion would be to upgrade the toilet paper quality, as this might reduce the little pieces that often end up on the floor. Additionally, updating the restroom fixtures would be beneficial.

In the past, we were hesitant to return due to stale food on the buffet and a sad-looking salad bar. Today, however, the salad bar looked fresh with vibrant, crisp ingredients. Nothing was wilted or browning, which made a big difference in our dining experience.

Overall, we were very happy with our visit today and will definitely return. Kudos to the new management for making such positive changes!

I recently dined at this Cicis pizza and found it to be a decent, typical buffet experience without anything particularly exciting to brag about. While the pizza selection was decent, I was disappointed by the lack of discounts or special prices for kids. It would have been nice to see some sort of promotional offers to make the dining experience more affordable and family-friendly. Overall, while the food was good, this Cicis pizza restaurant didn't offer anything unique or exceptional to set it apart from other Cicis stores...

I have been coming here for years, but within the last year and a half I have stopped coming as much the only times I ever come anymore is when James or Janae is here Janae is the most wonderful cashier, and James is a phenomenal manager !! Both makes the experience worth it !! This time however James was on vacation and there was a very rude cashier with green hair and was acting very unprofessional, than manager was a tall white guy very new he said he had only been there 4 months, clearly it shows !! If James or Janae isn’t here I won’t be coming back, between the nasty cashier and the inexperienced manager just treating my family and I like common trash I will not be back!! I asked for a pineapple and bacon pizza from the green haired cashier and she snobbed her nose at me and told me no, so I had to wait 35 minutes to ask a different employee who than made it no problem, if you are going to have a cashier up front dealing with customers please make sure they are friendly and kind!! This experience just turned me away from my favorite pizza place !! Todays date is march 15th 2024 at 4:47!! I will be calling corporate and complaining. The icing on top of everything the place was absolutely disgusting tables were nasty, we had to clean and wipe down our table to even be able to eat!! There was dead bugs! And the place...

I should have followed my first mind and went clear across town as we normally do.(Cici's on Atlantic) My family of 5 went in and ordered the buffet as usual, plus drinks. We found a booth that didn't have food on the floor under the table. We proceeded to the buffet and found little to no pizza. We inquired about where the slips were located to make a personal pizza order and was told they were all out. So, I responded ,Are you going to just jot down what we want? "Nope, we not taking personal orders because we have to stock the buffett first. We make personals as a courtesy." Ummm, no you advertise you can order a personal size pizza with each buffet purchase and that's what we expect. Should those expectations not be able to be met due to lack of efficient staffing on a Saturday evening, that needs to be expressed upon a patron paying for said service. The manager was just as rude when I inquired. "Maybe in 15 minutes we can start to make personals again." Straight to the register for a refund. Another patron was told no cinnamon sticks for at least 3 hours as I waited for my refund. The store will be...
