Every time I visit this location, I hope things will get better. They just never do. Ridiculously long waits at the Drive-Thru regardless of time of day, no matter how few cars are in the line are the norm. No explanations or apologies are EVER offered. Even if you've been the one sitting in front of the pick-up window!
Customer Service skills are a non-consideration. They just don't exist. Not from staff, not from management. From the mystery voice at the Drive-Thru station, to the person who collects your payment, to the drone who finally hands the order to you, each performs their task mindlessly, with no apparent recognition of the fact that they are actually interacting with another human being, a customer who is carefully evaluating this treatment. The manager floats around in a trance-like state, seemingly completely oblivious to what's going on around them.
I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt as they are so close to my home. But after four years of the same types of experience every time I visit, I realize that either my expectations of good customer service is too high, or they just suck at it. My guess is on Door #2.
I don't usually write reviews like this. But look, I've worked in hospitality, so I get it. I know they are not the best paying, greatly sought after, or most prestigious jobs in the market. But, if you've chosen to do it for now, do the best you can because I, your customer WILL expect...
Read moreAs I pulled up I was greeted begrudgingly with a middle-aged woman on the intercom telling me her name, which I had already forgotten, with the standard automated greeting, "What would you like to order?". Ordering was the most difficult part of the entire process. I almost decided to leave midway through this portion as it was tantalizing how unmotivated she sounded (I apologize you had to start your monday morning with me ordering at your location, I was hesitant as well with the massive UHAUL truck with trash everywhere around it sitting in the parking lot), and for whatever reason how I was ordering. Naturally, I had to riposte and she ultimately had to repeat everything accordingly. That was callous on my part, but secretly it did feel quite appealing if I am wanting to be completely honest here. I am just grateful that they had conveniently "forgotten" to put the gut-retching amount of mayo they normally put on the bun, along with the LTOP (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle), being abnormally absent as well, when you can clearly hear in my dashcam audio I did not request that. One #1 with a medium sweet tea, just cheese on the sandwich please đ Sadly I never got to finish that one...
Read moreWas just inside this location, itâs 12:09 on Wednesday. We were inside the place for at least ten minutes while the manager helped 2 customers in front of us. When it came our turn she completely ignored us as if we werenât even standing there. Instead she decides sheâs going to straighten the cups in the holders below the counter. I am not racist however the person she did help was African American which was the same race she was. I feel like maybe there was possibly some racism there. I am white. Not to mention there was a kid who tried to take our order, and she told him no to go help the drive thru while she played with the paper bags with her back to us, while the other workers did their best to work under her. We still never said a word until the incident where the boy tried to help us. I am sad that this location has turned into whatever it has become. This is not the first time at this location where the same woman has acted toward me, I just didnât leave a review until now. I will never attend this location again, I will also let everyone I know about the horrible customer service at...
