I am so frustrated and disappointed with this location. We have been customers for years because my son loves the tacos. On the way home from a trip tonight we grabbed some food. It was an online order and when we arrived the order was repeated back to us correctly. We got home and my son's 4 tacos were made incorrectly. He was tired, and frustrated and began crying. When I couldn't resolve the problem on my own, I drove back up to this location (after a 12 hour trip) to have them remake his tacos. The manager "Christian" was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for a refund also because I had to drive back up there to fix their mistake. He told me in front of other customers and staff that I was trying to steal money and that I could either have a refund or the tacos. I said, also now all of our other food is going to be cold as well. He actually had the nerve to tell me that I should of let my child cry while my husband and I ate our food and then come back to replace the tacos. It was extremely embarrassing as the whole staff and customers waited to see how I was going to react to this managers complete disrespect. This is the second time in a row our order has been messed up at this Taco Bell. Last time, we just dealt with it. We will no longer be eating at this location. If an owner or GM reads this message it would be in your best interest to hold "Christian" completely accountable for this situation, as he lacks the ability to handle customer service situations and clearly demonstrates a lack of leadership skills in front of staff and customers. Read moreSo far, every person I have encountered here has been nice and courteous. The food is usually pretty good, I have even tried a couple of new items like the double steak grilled cheese burrito, and wow, I thought it was great, and I don't usually order things like that. I'm a nachos bell grande without some things like beans or guacamol, just to name a couple and a cheese roll-up, which I love. I also like the steak casdia with sourcream, of course, lol. I haven't eaten inside before. I have just gone through the drive-through, and yes, I am aware you should always check your bag, but sometimes when there is a long line or your in a hurry this option is not always available and you only ordered like 3 to 6 items and for me 3 of those items are the same and in my opinion everything you ordered should all be in the bag. I could understand if I ordered 10 to 16 items, but like many fast food establishments, this is a common occurrence that I wish could be fixed as you pay a pretty penny for food and if your like me you don't want to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get what I feel in my opinion something that should be in the bag to begin with, and/ or call the restaurant and go through that mess. Yesterday, the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude — there was no courtesy, no empathy, and they were openly complaining while taking our order.
We gave this location another chance today with different staff, and unfortunately, it was the same issue. We requested a simple customization to our order, something that every other Taco Bell has always been able to do without a problem (and never been charged for). Both my boyfriend and I have worked at Taco Bell for over three years as managers, so we know for a fact that what we asked for can be done. Instead, the employees acted like they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it, which just comes across as laziness and poor customer service.
