Just so everyone is aware (because I certainly wasn't), but the only way to order your food is at a kiosk. There isn't anyone there to take your order and ring you up nor is there anyone to greet you, which is an instant con for me. I know that we live in a world where technology has taken over, however, I feel that the company’s operating system should be more inclusive for all their customers. Some of their customers may not be as tech savvy or they may be tech savvy, but simply don't want to pay for their food & ring themselves up too. Therefore, there should be options available for both types of customers. I went in & there were a group of customers at 2 kiosks trying to operate the machine. I'm not sure how tech savvy they were, but it took a while for them to ring themselves up....meanwhile, they had teen workers in the kitchen taking their precious time making hamburgers. I was instantly turned off by the whole situation and left before ordering. Businesses need to realize that customer service is just as important as the food quality. Unfortunately this business either don't realize it or don't care. Either way, I will never return to a BurgerFi again. I like smashed burgers but the cook time was too long on the wagyu CEO Burger which was overcooked such that it lost the melty tender quality of ground wagyu. Go with any other burger instead.
The frozen custard was icier than expected rather than creamy. The machines might be poorly maintained or incorrectly set since butter crystals were present and made it very unpleasant to eat. Definitely lower quality compared to Shake Shack or even McDonald's soft serve. Not worth it even if it was $2.
The restaurant was cold (it was rainy and wet out so maybe the ac was used as a dehumidifier to dry out the air but made it feel colder because it was also wet out) They need better warmer lighting as it felt industrial but in a cheap factory office kind of way rather than chic. This made it feel even colder and more heartless than it already was.
The flavors are delicious though and the onion rings were very crispy and enjoyable. I appreciate that the onion rings and fries were lightly salted rather than too heavy.
I'll probably be back just to check and see if it was a fluke but until then, this was an unpleasant experience. This $28 meal should...

the burgers were over cooked, i didn’t want to bother them again by asking them to remake it for the second time so i took 2 bites just trying to get through it but i hate well done burgers so i went inside and asked them if they’d be able to remake the burger medium. the manager told me he can’t do anything since “the burger is half eaten”. i split my burger in half so maybe that’s how he got that impression but i was like really… i just paid $12 for food i’m not going to eat. i am not out here scamming them for “free” food. we just left. that was ridiculous. i had anxiety about going in again and didn’t want to make them mad but they weren’t willing to help me. weird customer service for sure it’s not coming out of their paycheck and it was pretty clear i did not eat...
