Easily one of the best targets in Orlando. A great staff with leaders that genuinely care. I visited last week and I was helped out by an employee named Ashley. I didn’t approach her because she looked quite busy, but she noticed that I needed help and went out of her way to ask me if I needed anything. She pointed me to what I was looking for, but right before I went over there, I saw that she was working on organizing one of the aisles. and let me tell you I nearly stopped in my tracks because of how incredible it looked. Damn near a work of art🤣 I worked at Walmart for two years so I know what it’s like lol. As I was scrolling through these reviews I noticed a lot of thick-skulled individuals sharing their thoughts. There is actually a person (yes, a real human being) that was complaining about having to bag their own items…. In SELF checkout…🤦♂️ you can really tell that these boomers’ brains are just full of lead poisoning and prejudice. Imagine being so miserable that you take the time out of your day to write a negative review, actually thinking it’s gonna do something. And for those wondering, no, nobody cares AT ALL that you won’t be “shopping here again!” 😂 But I digress. Overall, huge props to the staff, I commend all of you guys for working hard, keeping everything clean, and giving guests a great experience, all while working in a SUPER tourist-y location....
Read moreThe Target at Daryl Carter Pkwy is definitely not the strongest location I’ve visited, but I have to give credit where it’s due: the employees here are working incredibly hard to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
It’s clear that this store faces some challenges compared to other Targets, whether it’s the layout, inventory management, or overall upkeep. However, the staff make up for these shortcomings with their dedication and effort. Every time I’ve been here, the employees were polite, attentive, and doing their absolute best to assist customers and keep the store looking presentable.
Despite the obstacles, they maintain a positive attitude and are willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need. It’s not easy working in a location that’s a little rough around the edges, but they don’t let that stop them from providing friendly and helpful service.
I do hope Target takes note of this store’s potential and invests in improvements to bring it up to the same standard as other locations in the area. With such a hardworking team, this store has the opportunity to become much better with the right support.
Overall, the employees deserve recognition for their efforts, even if the store itself could use a little extra attention. Thank you to the team here for keeping things moving forward despite the challenges—you’re...
Read moreOrder pick-up is like, the stupidest thing ever, or maybe is just at this Target. Every single time (except for when it’s raining) I always have to go inside and either pick something up that they didn’t have or because to sort some sort of mistake out that they made. The most recent time I went, they didn’t have an item, so I canceled it and bought a similar one. When I got to the drive-up and the employee comes out with ny order, I mentioned that 10 mins. prior I re-ordered it and they told me to either cancel it or come back the next day because it was still processing. To which I said that it was only one item. The employee made me cancel it under the ruse that there could be a lot of other orders from other people pending, to which when I went inside, all the orders were gathered and nobody was doing anything. To which I don’t understand how is it so complicated to just grab the one item, the one they made me cancel twice, also due to lack of not having a replacement option, when nobody was doing anything and in the span of one minute, I went inside, grabbed it and payed it. Honestly, what is even the point of drive/pick up if...
