Slowest drive-through service anywhere. I've been using drive-throughs for well over 40 years now and I found some that were pretty slow at some fast food places but those places have all improved. White Castle always had a pretty good drive-thru when I lived up north and I was so excited about the one opening here in Florida. It was going to be the biggest one ever. It was my first time being at one with a double drive-thru lane and two windows on the pickup side that they used. Lots of people working inside. Naturally you would assume all of this would add up to a place that once they got over the early hurdles would offer fast quality service. You would be totally wrong. If anything, the service here has gotten worse since they first opened and during the first 6 months to a year. It's been a while since I've been here and I thought I would give them a try early in the day to pick something up. I know I could get breakfast but I like the idea that I could just have a couple cheeseburgers in the morning. I will never use the drive-thru here again. I'm not sure I will ever even eat here again. I still like the food and they still make it well but that doesn't make up for such slow service. When I arrived there were four cars up by the windows and one vehicle pulled into the other drive-thru lane right before I pulled in. After a couple minutes waiting that vehicle backed out and left. I waited well over 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker to take my order. I placed my order and customized it as I wanted, and pulled up to wait in line. It was several minutes before someone came over to take my money and I continued to wait. By the time I got my food I had been in the drive-thru well over 30 minutes. I could have went to a sit-down restaurant and had faster service and next time I will. This place has been such a disappointment since day one. Yes it's still the same food if that's what you're looking for but the service is just not there at all. I can no longer with a good conscience recommend this White Castle for anyone and especially if you're looking for a quick meal. I have eaten inside in the past and the service in there was perhaps a little bit faster but so many people are looking for something quick in the drive-thru and at this point there are now too many places open within a couple of blocks of here that give fast service to make it worthwhile to bother with stopping here. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day you stop as their service is always the slowest around. In the long run I don't think they will survive because there are lots of choices that are faster in the area with more coming everyday. From my point of view it is really a shame that a company that has been around this long can't get something so...
Read moreOne of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in my life. Started with the miserable AI monstrosity they have at the drive-through and then just got progressively worse. Asking the AI for help at the drive-through, I was put on hold waiting for a “inside team member“ who never came to answer the call. After 10 minutes of waiting while beeping the horn and repeatedly calling out for help, I was then forced to park and get out of my vehicle to get the attention of the young man attending the line of cars in order to get ANY help. Then the car in the lane next to me also asked for help and he got the attention from the manager first. This was despite him having driven up only a few minutes prior, while I was sitting there for 10 minutes fuming. Then this manager becomes curt with me over the intercom as if I was annoying her for doing her job. I finally was allowed to place my order and have my questions answered. Then driving around to pay I met the same short round manager, who proceeded to give me the worst customer service I’ve ever had in a fast food establishment. She was rude, condescending, and absolutely disinterested in diffusing my obvious anger. After giving me the receipts and not so much as offering a thank you or any other pleasant word, she then disappeared into the interior of the store. I noticed on the receipt the word “declined” and I was curious as to what that meant. I asked the young man attending the line what it meant and he did not know. I asked for him to get the manager once again, which he earnestly tried to do. I was forced to again wait some minutes for them to find her or at least coax her out of whatever office she was in to come answer my question. Turns out that she didn’t even bother to ask me my name to put on the receipt and just instead input that I declined to offer my name. The young man and young lady who were attending the line of cars did their absolute best to diffuse the situation and try to make my dining experience pleasant. Promote one of them to manager, instead of this woman who is clearly disinterested in customer service and is the poorest ambassador for your brand you could imagine. I’ve eaten at White Castles in other locations numerous times. Never again. I won’t be giving any of my money to White Castle again. The food is overpriced and generally is of less quality than what I’ve come to expect. Maybe that was the amount of acid in my stomach that made the food turn sour. There are much better, and quite frankly healthier and better for your sanity, options available in just a short drive away. I was forced to give one star in this review otherwise I would’ve zeroed it out in...

Rolling from Miami to Orlando on a spontaneous adventure, I had one thing on my mind: satisfying my craving for White Castle, just like Harold and Kumar! I can't stress enough how much I was looking forward to this moment, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
Upon arriving, the excitement was palpable. The moment I walked through the doors, the unmistakable aroma of sizzling sliders surrounded me—pure heaven! The atmosphere felt nostalgic and fun, with that classic fast-food vibe that just adds to the experience.
I ordered a generous stack of sliders, of course, along with some crispy fries and a shake. The sliders were exactly what I hoped for: perfectly seasoned, juicy, and that classic steamed bun texture that makes White Castle so unique. Each bite transported me back to those late-night cravings depicted in the movies, and it was like a dream coming true!
What really impressed me was the efficiency of the staff. They were friendly and attentive, making sure my order was exactly what I wanted. Even during a busy evening, they kept things running smoothly. Plus, the place was nice and clean, which is always appreciated when munching on delicious food.
I couldn’t help but smile the entire time I was there, relishing the mix of nostalgia and flavors. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to the White Castle scene, this location in Orlando is a must-visit.
