Such a disappointment. PSA when ordering online through the website when asked to select a pickup time that time does not matter, you have to tell them that you’re there when you get there, and they then will START making your food. Ordered online through the website at about 10:05. Selected the closest pickup time which was 10:30. Decided to go start waiting inside at 10:25 or so and at about 10:40 we realized that our order was not added to their screens. Apparently they have to manually add every order that comes in to the screens to be able to start making it, which it does not say anywhere online or in the store. Didn’t get our food until right after 11pm, after waiting almost an entire hour. A kind employee offered us some desserts as a sorry for the wait, but we had already ordered 9 desserts and weren’t given them. I then had to wait there for another 5 minutes before I could get someone’s attention long enough to get the rest of my food. When we got the food, it was subpar. Didn’t have as much flavor as it usually does. This experience makes me never want to come back to White Castle. Tried to have a faster wait by ordering online ended up being there for an entire hour. Seemed like the managers were the only ones that cared at all and all other employees just were focused on going home and only did what they were told. I had to install an app to order and then they completely screwed up my order after not even starting to make it until after the pickup time that it gave me in the app. I ordered 2 doubles with cheese, 1 bacon cheese slider, a sloppy joe, and an order of fries. Not particularly difficult, or at least I thought so, but I got singles and no sloppy joe or fries. After it took so long the first time, I decided I didn't want to eat anything anymore and just took it and threw it out and left. I had blown an hour for lunch and gotten nothing but grief. Maybe you will have better luck. BTW, it wasn't even busy when this all happened... :(

Everything was modern and clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. We dined outside on the spacious and comfortable patio and our meal was perfect, so perfect in fact that after eating we decided to purchase a clutch (that's White Castle speak for a box of 20) to take home. Our cashier told us to take the survey on our receipt, AND if we completed it while we were still in the restaurant we could get 2 additional burgers, AND since we drove 94 miles they'd give us 2 more burgers for a total of 24 White Castle burgers!
