Extremely Disappointing and Unsanitary Experience
I went in for a pedicure and was planning to get a full set afterwards, but the experience was so frustrating and unprofessional that I left before getting my nails done. From the moment I walked in, there was mass confusion over who was going to do my toes. One of the employees kept repeating âsit down, sit downâ at least ten times while I was simply trying to ask questions.
She started my pedicure but switched me to someone else mid-service when her scheduled client arrived early. The second technician had a bad attitude from the start. She pulled out used nail clippers from her basket and insisted they were new. âNewâ tools should be sealed and sanitizedâthis was extremely unsanitary.
I like to see my toes without polish to ensure theyâre healthy, but she kept angling the light away from me. When I asked her to move it so I could see, she refused. I finally moved it myself just to check my own toes, and she was clearly annoyed.
To make matters worse, she spent most of the service chatting with a coworker and watching loud videos on her phone in another language while I was trying to relax. The massage chair I was seated in didnât work, and instead of moving me to another chair she and another staff member repeatedly reached over my body to fiddle with the controlsâvery uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The âhot stoneâ pedicure I paid for amounted to just a few seconds of stones and a few seconds of massage before she declared it done. I left without a full set of nails and, for the first time ever, without leaving a tip. I had to find another salon to finish my nails.
I am not from the area and this was a truly disappointing, unsanitary, and...
Read moreNot sure who's running this establishment now, but the service hasn't been more disappointing than it is now! Took my mother in for a pedicure and nail color change. We were in a constant language barrier issues going back and forth explaining as best as possible that my mother had done gel NOT acrylic nor SNS on her nails. They INSISTED that she had done SNS 1st then changed it to acrylic. I am 100% certain a customer would know what they previously paid to get done on their nails. She had her natural nails previously done with GEL. They proceeded with making a mess of her nails, using chemicals and breaking her natural nails with the machine. As well as putting a different color on her toes than what I requested. These people will tell you what they assume you have on your nails and then proceed to being pushy on what services to get with them. Obviously there's a difference between recommending and constantly telling a customer what they should have done repeatedly. To top things off one of the nail techs had the audacity to tell my mother she should not have her long natural nails to do gel her nails should be short. What in the world is wrong with these people??! The enter experience left my mother nails in pain and her in tears. Today was the last day of my services with this establishment, they are not what they use to be. If you're willing to risk it and stress yourself out explaining to every nail tech that comes to take a look at your nails to guess what product you used before and for them to damage your nails & try to upsell you on services then this would be the place for...
Read morei went to get my nails done yesterday and when i walked in the establishment was beautiful, and the worker's were very friendly so i had high hopes, but i was very unhappy with the way my nail came out i paid $70 and $80 plus tip and and I get my nails done frequently and have never paid so much for such a short set but every place it different and thatâs fine but the shape of the French tips were not the shape that I asked for after providing a picture and there was literally black nail polish all over the side and under my nails because they were not wiping the nail polish off and the polish on top was very nice thick and not well distributed, these were the nails that I got for a trip that I am going on and I donât mind spending $80 on nails, but this was not an $80 job, a very short set with nail polish all over my skin for that much money was very upsetting, i had to go home and redo my nails my self, and the worst part is that they let me walk out of the establishment looking like that, it was very very upsetting and i honestly just want my nails completely redone for the amount of money i paid itâs just a little frustrating, it just felt very rushed, the place looked great and the people are great. Iâm just upset about the quality of the work that was done on my nails, the pictures are not that great because i was in...
