If I could put no stars I would.. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this burgerfi… not our first visit here normally we are satisfied but not tonight. we arrived at 8:30 and we were told that the nothing fried was being served.. I really hope they were honestly out of everything fried and not just saying that because they were too lazy to make fries. 7 employees and it took 30 minutes to make two burgers. I didn’t even mind waiting, what made me really irritated was when their friend came in which arrived much later than us. They made her burger ready before ours and no it wasn’t a mobile order. Then someone elses burger was ready before ours. It should be done in the order the orders are placed. We had asked where our food was and they said our burgers were too complicated to make.. We ordered the ceo and swag. Never had that problem before. Perhaps if they weren’t too busy cleaning up way before closing, they could have had a better service. It’s not that sanitary to be handling chemicals dealing with trash then handling customers food without a glove change. I get it’s the end of the night and everyone wants to go home but do your job first when customers arrive stop cleaning attend to your customers then you can continue cleaning without any cross contamination issues. Photo attached. My ceo burger that was “too complicated” to make only has a beef patty and not what is included for the ceo burger. Same with my second burger we ordered which didn’t have all the ingredients. Its unacceptable to not include everything on the burger because you are ripping off the customer. The burger wouldn’t be “too complicated” to make if they didn’t clean up everything and then we’re too lazy to get out the ingredients to complete the burger. Just completely unacceptable especially on a Thursday night. The order was under Jay so you can confirm we were there and I still have my receipt which I would...

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, care, and customer service I experienced tonight. I attempted to place an order for my family and drove all the way to your location with my 3-year-old child and our dog in the car. My husband drove separately to meet us, and we all made the effort to come support your business.
Upon arrival, I asked if my order had been received. I was told it had not. I stepped outside to retrieve my phone, came back in, and showed clear proof that the order had been placed and confirmed. After I showed my receipt, the staff huddled in the back, and shortly after, I received a cancellation notice. I was then told that they “don’t have the ability to cancel orders” and that it must have been due to an item being unavailable — in this case, Parmesan fries.
Let’s be clear: I placed my order at 8:40 PM. It was supposed to be ready by 9:05 PM. The restaurant closes at 10 PM. This was not a last-minute or unreasonable request — and yet, no one made any effort to offer a solution, make the rest of the meal, or ask if I would like to place a different order.
When I asked for the owner’s contact information, I was told they could not provide it — which further shows a lack of accountability.
This isn’t just about food. It’s about integrity, customer service, and a basic sense of decency. Your business exists to feed people. Instead, we were treated as if our time and our needs didn’t matter. No one cared if our family was fed or satisfied.
Where have the values gone? The pride in doing the right thing? The effort to take care of your community?
I will not be returning — and I hope this message reaches the owner, because your staff’s actions tonight reflect directly on...
Read moreWith a name like BurgerFi I assumed the Fi stood for "Fidelity" but this is far from being honest and true to making a proper burger. When walking in the door was locked. I walked around the building to the other door. The door was locked. Hint to the restaurant owner... If you want people to come in and spend money in your establishment it helps a lot if they can get in. A customer walked out and we were were able to get in. When i told the person at the register the doors were locked she said, "If you want, Ill open the door for you". I wasn't really sure how to answer that. When ordering, I asked for the burger to be cooked less than well done. Nope! You can't get it your way. I ate the hamburger and it was extremely disappointing. Very dry patty!!! The onions were diced?!?! Why would you do this on a hamburger? Sliced keeps the onion inside the patty. Diced it falls out! That's why you dont dice. A taco? SURE. The top of the burger bun was charred with the restaurant logo. Here's my advice: Instead of giving me a gimmicky ad on top of my bun learn how to properly make a burger! There is nothing about this place that distinguishes it from any other average at best burger place. Also, when you pay they ask for a tip. Usually, when I think of a tip it's for the waiter who came to your table and maintained a pleasant eating experience. Also, the dishes get washed. That is what a tip is for. Here, no one followed up with us and there were no utensils and dishes to wash. I think you guys are really trying to squeeze the customer for every penny. I can't believe you guys manage to stay open! Me? ...
