Discovered this delightful spot a couple of years ago thanks to a coworker, and itâs quickly become one of my favorite go-to lunch spots. Chicken Salad Chick offers an impressive variety of flavorful chicken salads that cater to just about every taste. From the classic Classic Carol (chicken, celery, mayo) to the sweet and nutty Fancy Nancy (featuring Fuji apples, grapes, and pecans), there's truly something for everyone.
You can enjoy their chicken salads as a sandwich (croissant or white bread), as a scoop with crackers, or in convenient âQuick Chickâ containersâperfect for takeout or meal prepping.
Their menu also includes a tasty selection of soups like loaded potato, chicken tortilla (my personal favorite), and poblano chicken. Sides range from pasta salad and fresh fruit to mac and cheese and a crisp grape salad. And donât skip dessertâwhether itâs a slice of cake or a brownie, they know how to end things on a sweet note.
I ordered the half sandwich (Cranberry Kelli on a croissant) with a cup of chicken tortilla soup. The meal came with crackers, a pickle, a fountain drink, and a cookieâsuper affordable and super delicious. Itâs light, satisfying, and perfect for a quick lunch that doesnât feel like fast food.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and everything is always fresh. If you havenât tried Chicken Salad Chick yet, youâre missing out. Highly recommend...
Read moreWe LOVED this place! However, lately, it is obviously being run on a shoestring budget and the management doesnât care! Ordered on-line for a pickup; when I got there, I was informed by the staff member (who was very nice) that they were out of two of the items ordered at 5:45PM. Made another selection and she had to come back to me (sheepishly) to tell me that they were out of that item also (while the two gentlemen working the line was shaking their heads and laughing)! I said that this is the 3rd time they have been out of items recently and all three employees agreed it was a problem that happens all of the time! I asked if I could speak to the manager and the counter person said she was too busy to come out to talk to me and I am REALLY a nice person that believed in their product! So I went home and filled out a complaint on the National Chicken Salad Chick Website and they said someone would be in touch with me⌠I gave them my cell phone number and my email address⌠6 Days Later and I Have Heard Nothing! So, itâs rather obvious that they just donât care! I should also note that there were only 2 tables in the entire place the last 2 times that I was there! Itâs a shame⌠We were loyal guests⌠However, it appears that the place is in a state of cost cutting not realizing that the most expensive thing to any restaurant is...
Read moreI really love Chicken Salad Chick and will go out of my way to visit. They have a decent rewards system via their app, the atmosphere is very welcoming and clean, and the food is delicious. However, I have a problem with one of their policies. When I stopped by yesterday to grab something to go, I asked for a cup of ice water. It's hot in South Florida. Water quenches my thirst and has 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 sodium. I was shocked that they charged me $2.19 for the cup. I asked the cashier, who clarified with the manager on duty that the charge for the water is $2.19......for their disposable paper cup. I then asked the cost of a fountain drink with unlimited refills if you dine in. Guess what! That's $2.19 as well! Am I the only one who sees a problem with this logic? Do people bring outside containers into their dining room to get the free fountain drinks? I don't think so. As a customer, I'm already paying a marked up price for a container of delicious chicken salad that feeds one person. ($12+) But, as a courtesy to their customers and a show of some of that southern hospitality they've branded themselves with, they need to rethink this ridiculous policy. đ This policy reduced my review by 2 stars. Everything else about this place is great. But this is a shabby way to treat customers, even if you do it with...
