It's very poor business practice to tell a customer that you will refund them and then refuse to do it. My husband and I ordered from the wrong location for pick up, by mistake, and were told it was OK, they'd remake it at the homosassa location and refund the other order at the crystal river location. Now, days later, they won't refund and are claiming there's no record of our order. Cashapp says otherwise. If you all are going to refuse to refund orders placed at wrong locations then I suggest you fix your Google listing so that the locations show up in the correct order as far as distance for the person searching. It's an easy mistake to make when googling something I think most pf us assume our location would be at the top of the search. That's not the case here, for us crystal river is first, then hernando and then the homosassa location.

Read moreI have been going to cattle dog for years ever since I moved to citrus county in 2019. I started going to the Crystal River location but ever since the Homosassa location opened less than 10 minutes from my house, I have become a true regular there.
My go-to order is a French vanilla cold brew w/ half n half but I switch it up seasonally sometimes. I also buy their coffee beans and make my own cold brew. Also, their seasonal menu that rotates NEVER disappoints. I love their food, it is so unique and always compliments the season. As a hospitality industry person I really appreciate the diversity of their menu options. The creativity that goes into creating their food items is an absolute delight to experience as a regular customer. I don’t think I have ever had a bad dish although I do have a few favorites like the cattle drive cuban bowl and the Nashville chicken dishes.
Lastly, ALL of the members of the Homosassa team are friendly, welcoming, and great examples of the kind of customer service most folks want from their local coffee and cafe place.
