This is my first time at a Charley's cheese steak, Wow, we walk in 4 people behind the counter 0 coustomers, 2 workers whispering to someone sitting in drive thru 2 others just standing there, when I tried to ask a question about your menu I get totally ignored, the workers are way too busy talking to their friends in drive thru to even take care of 1 guest. I finally get to order for the grand kids still getting no answer as to the question I ask so I get me no food just a lemonade which is really good. As I sit here in the last 10 mins I see 4 people returning food and very angry that the sandwiches are made incorrectly, the order is not theirs, the entire order is wrong etc. As a manager for 39 years at another fast food the one thing they should say is (I'm sorry about that let me fix it for you) no I did not hear that one time. All the workers did was look at them and your walked out fuming. I hope not all these establishment treat their guest the same way.    Read morei don't know if it was cause they were opening or something but ordered a Bacon 3 cheese, with no pickles and instead of beef i wanted chicken. I got beef not only did I get beef it was the saltiest meat ive had asked for pickles and guess what there were pickles. Made my meal a combo, asked for an extra fry with an extra drink. total of two fries, two drinks, one order of mozzarella sticks two large drinks, they were out of any kind of soda so took lemonade and sweet tea, Upon looking at the bill better was charged for an extra ultimate fry. was charged for a large lemonade but was not given the large. The mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle. The fries were good and the lady that gaves us our in the drive through was sweet and polite. Didnt realize the steak wasnt right till we got home since it was a drive through order. the mozzarella sticks we ate on the drive home, Like I stated before maybe its cause the restaurant had just opened or something, but the sandwich was not edible with the amount...
   Read moreI ordered using a QR code on a flyer we received, and when I arrived at the Little Rd location, I realized that our order ended up going to a different location about 15 minutes away. Since I was standing in the Little Rd location already, I decided to place another order there. Tania advised me to call the other location to cancel the other order and get a refund. The other location was not helpful in getting me a refund, so Tania went out of her way to call her corporate support team member to help me get a refund. On top of that, Tania gave me a 10% discount for the trouble I had encountered, even though the trouble wasn't even with her location. She helped me set up the Charley's app and saved the Little Rd. location as my primary location so that there was no mix up when I ordered again.
