The Creamery — Restaurant in Jasmine Estates

While my grandson and I were awaiting on someone to do an interview at a store nearby. We happen to see the creamery. And being a lover of ice cream we stopped in. I’m so glad we did because there are rose and rose of different flavor, ice cream, and everything look fresh and clean. The young lady that served us was very nice very personable and had a good attitude about her job, they happen to be out of chocolate ice cream but I asked her do you have any chocolate syrup and she said we could make chocolate ice cream for you I’ll just put some hot fudge in there and then we can mix it up. Well, that came out excellent very delicious. The strawberry ice cream had chunks, and I mean really big chunks, of strawberries mixed in which made it even more delicious. The creamery is relatively new. I believe they’ve only been open for several months, but we were very impressed. The ice cream actually tasted like ice cream and not the fake stuff you get in the grocery store. we enjoyed the artwork or decor on the walls. They had checkers on the tables that you could play while you were waiting or while you were eating your ice cream. You have a run for a sweet tooth or if you’re just too hot and you want to cool off check out the creamery , and have some delicious, fresh made ice cream and that will cool you off. It's a very cute shop set up with games and a nice backdrop for pictures or videos. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I think it's overpriced and because of inconsistency. The first time we went in to try the ice cream I saw the prices and thought it was a bit high but we were already there. The girl who helped us was very nice and friendly. She even gave us the option to get a cone on top of the kids ice cream in a cup at no additional charge. The second time we tried them they were a bit more busy and the same situation occurred, one of my kids wanted a cup and the other a cone, I forgot to ask for a cone and later told the girl at check out and she did give me a cone but charged me without saying anything. It's ok to charge for something extra but they should let the customer know and also I'm not sure why I got charged one time and not the other. I understand that with changes in economy prices may be higher at some places, but unfortunately I don't think the prices at this location with the quality and amount that is served is...

I came here with my ole lady for the first time last week and the ice cream was amazing! The girl who got our order together was awesome (the tall mixed girl who works there). The only thing I didn't like was that the one who made our ice cream didn't get to ring up our order so I didn't want to tip with my debit card because it makes no sense to tip the person who didn't do the work to make our experience so awesome. I wanted to leave a cash tip but was told that she would have to divide that amongst all the workers. I wanted to give her a little something extra because she did an amazing job. Hopefully, her management will see my review and appreciate that she is a good employee. I highly recommend giving The Creamery a try! And to the gir that made our ice-cream... ... ......
