Checkers — Restaurant in Florida

Let me start off by saying I love checkers as a whole but my experience that I just had there was so terrible I have to share it. I don't know what it was it sounded like a young lady but it looked like it could have been a young man. But from taking the order all the way up to snatching the card out of my hand threw me for a loop. I have nothing against anybody and their beliefs if you want to be this or if you want to be that that is fine I have no problems with it. But the name of the game is the game it's called customer service. And when you make smart remarks towards me and act like I'm the biggest board to your day I don't care that you're understaffed. I have friends and family alike that are understaffed and they take it on the chin. I also know the excuse of well someone could have died in her family could be raised. But what if that was the case for me. What if someone died in my family or something horrific like that and her attitude made me snap because it was just the wrong place at the wrong time. Then both the customer and the employee lives would have been changed forever. Have consideration for other people. I'm not saying he or she should be fired but what I am saying is you will lose business having he or she working the...

DO NOT DINE HERE! RATS, BUGS AND LEAKING DIRTY GREASE ON YOUR FOOD!!!

My girlfriend and I stopped by this location on 06/17/21. Everything was fine until we got to the window to pay. Funny, considering it's a drive thru. Upon pulling to the window to pay, we were greeted by an improper order that had to be corrected (no big issue here). While the cashier was correcting this issue, MULTIPLE employees begin screaming inside of the restaurant and attempting to kill what I can only assume to be either a large rodent or some other pest, that definitely shouldn't be in a restaurant.. Living in Florida, I thought maybe it was just a bug that happened to fly in. We get our meals and leave. Since I was driving, I pulled around to park and get my son his food out so he can eat. I open the bag and the entire top box is COVERED in blackish grey grease from the fryer.. Literally covering the top of the box. At this point I've had enough and go back to the window to request a refund. The manager then proceeds to tell me that they are only able to refund me $5.31 from a $17.39 order. ZERO STARS!!!🤬🤢🤮Ordered an triple burger combo and 10pc wing angry Buffalo well done and I was told to park so the wings can be cooked longer as I requested! waited 15 to 20 mins and 2 guys came out with my order one with the drink and one with one bag. I had checked the bag and looked at the burger and was given the wrong burger so I showed the young man before he walked off and he stated he needed the burger back to show the manager which was fine but then he walked off and started talking to someone in a truck so I got out and went to the manager and ask him to make my sandwich and that his worker is to busy talking to friends with the wrong burger in his hand. Manager was very rude and then had someone else make the burger! After getting home I checked my other items 10pc which had almost NO SAUCE checked was soft and discolored and NOT well done and some pcs was uncooked! I will try to post the pics if it allows me!
