Awful experience today, ordered through mobile app, stepped inside store for all of 30 seconds and a manager yelled across at us if we had our orders taken, I said yes, I placed a mobile order, she responded harshly that I'm supposed to tell her that or how would they know if I'm there. How am I supposed to tell anyone when there is no one at the register, not my job to find an employee. She proceeds to tell me that I have to wait for the food, food comes up I'm missing 4 items and 2 drinks, I tell the girl, and with an attitude she says, no you're not and you get the drinks over there, can't get drinks without cups? Plus one of them was a watermelon freeze. She says we don't have that one, slams a soda cup down and walks away. I pre paid for all of this online, up charge for the freeze drink, I'd like a different one. I'm ignored. Finally a very nice employee helped me out with the rest of my order, he goes over what I have and figures out what the 4 items were missing and replaces my missing drink with another. I usually do the drive thru and don't have issues but since I had a big order and their drive thru line is always around the building I decided to go inside today. Read moreWe had a gift card and we went to Taco Bell by Best Buy. They told us they couldn’t take our order. You could only do it mobile order only which makes no sense how they have a computer and used to take orders and type in peoples debit card numbers and gift card numbers. It’s just sad is coming to this word nobody wants to say hi to you anymore. Nobody wants to take your order. Customer Service is terrible. The food prices are so ridiculously high. We don’t ever come to Taco Bell but we only did because we had a gift card. The fast food industry needs to make their workers take leadership classes like Chick-fil-A. We’ve come here countless times and ordered a “meximelt” which has technically been off the menu for a while but is always rung up as a cheese roll up, add pico and meat. Literally order this every time and at multiple different Taco Bells without incident. The girl refused to put the order in that way, refused to make it, and refused to answer why that was. It wasn’t like she said “I’m sorry, they won’t let me do that anymore” it was “I’m not doing that.” When we got to the windows we were treated with maximum attitude from the workers, the food was the worst it’s ever been here, and we were not given a receipt.
