This location is in desperate need of customer service and food preparation retraining. To start it off, almost every time I go through they're always out of something. On multiple occasions they were completely out of everything on the breakfast menu. Regarding customer service, I ordered breakfast in the drive-thru clearly stating what I wanted - a steak breakfast crunchwrap meal with a large mountain dew Baja Blast (replaced by regular Mountain Dew because they were out of Baja Blast, go figure). After stating what I wanted and receiving my total I pulled up to the drive-thru and was being handed a medium Mountain Dew after stating I wanted a large with the meal. I mentioned that it was supposed to be a large Mountain Dew and she got upset over it, made a face and gave me an attitude. Seriously, was it that big of a deal? I pay for what I ask for, I'm not taking less. The lady who took my order was standing behind the employee at the window and stated she asked if I wanted a combo or not. Now, this never happened, I was never asked if I wanted a combo or size drink, I was the one who stated what I wanted when I ordered. She then proceeds to pull an attitude saying "just give him the order free". I worked in the restaurant industry for almost a decade. This is not how you treat customers, it's your job to provide customer satisfaction, and I don't think I was asking too much for receiving what I paid for. Onto the food, it's like every time I go through they just chuck it in the bag as hard as they can and without care. The breakfast crunchwrap was terribly made and the cinnabons were loose in the bag out of the packaging. What is going on with this location? Fast food is not hard. If you don't like working there, then quit. Don't make customer experiences miserable.    Read moreThis Taco Bell is a mess. Unfortunately itâs one of the only places open when I get off work so I come get multiple times a week and have for the last couple years.
Bathrooms and Lobby are consistently a mess. People in lobby are regularly ignored. They run out of drinks and food basically weekly. The employees are a gamble some are great others are incompetent and rude. The biggest issue is management. Every time I order a water with my meal the employees act like they are going to get in trouble for giving out waters. Iâm usually dropping $20-$60 per visit and when I order âone large waterâ they seem to be afraid theyâre going to be fired for it. My last visit I was told âthey inventory cups every night and I get in trouble if I give you anything above a small. Then when I commented that the waters keep getting smaller I get hit with massive attitude. For the last few months every time I order a Large Water Iâm told âwe can only give mediumsâ and now theyâre handing me baby cups. Itâs not like Iâm trying to get something for nothing. I usually order at least two meals and ask for an extra water but that 5 cent cup is apparently enough of an issue for management that theyâre harping on the poor folks running the drive through.

   Read moreThe manager or senior person there in the late morning is the rudest person Iâve come across. Today I ordered on the mobile app and chose to pick up in store. I get there to pick up and the door is locked. So an employee letâs me in. So this woman who I believe is the Manager or senior employee tells me that the lobby is closed. I tell her that I had a mobile order. She tells me to use the drive thru. I tell her that I canât because my truck and trailer wonât fit through the drive thru. She then tells me to walk up to the drive thru. So I ask her âAre you really going to make me walk up the drive thru when Iâm already hereâ. Then she responds in a nasty tone âI donât have time to argue with you, whatâs the name on the orderâ after I tell her my name I hear her telling another employee in a mocking manner, âI donât have time to argue with himâ. Iâve been to this location several times and this is not the only time this employee has been rude and condescending to a customer, and I thought maybe the customer was being very difficult. This is the first time she has done it to me and I was polite to her. Now I know itâs not the customer it is just her.
