Best fettuccine alfredo that I have ever had in my entire life!!! This place just opened up a couple weeks ago down the street from our hospital. My co-worker and I stop by for an early lunch. We both got the fettuccine alfredo. Chef Tony was the one who took care of us. He is such a sweet man!! When I tell you this Alfredo sauce was the most decadent thing I've ever eaten. The creaminess and velvety texture was amazing. It was topped with huge shavings of REAL parmigiano reggiano and then when mixed it was a perfect match made in heaven. The ratio of sauce noodle and chicken was on point!!!The sauce alone was to die for. The portion of food he gives you was Perfecto. I did add chicken to mine which was an additional $2.00. We live 35 minutes away and was concerned of the quality of food if we waited to eat at home.
All food was exactly the way it was supposed to be. Cold food was cold, hot food was Really hot.
We enjoyed the Chicken parm and the Spaghetti and meatballs.
The Caprice Salad was on point, especially the fresh mozzarella.
We even tried an Appetizer with Gorgonzola and Pear with a raspberry sauce. I was very leary, but I'm glad I let them talk me into it. It was very impressive and enjoyable.
