Poor service, did not have any salt for the fries. I was told I didn't need my receipt because they were no longer doing the points for discounts on food items in the app. When I requested my receipt anyways, it took them 15 minutes or more to print it since they had to print all the receipts from 6pm, and it was a little after 8pm when my order was taken. When my husband asked for salt at the counter, he overheard one of the employees in the back cooking, use foul language because of his request for salt, and then heard the Manager reply to his foul language, "Don't make me send you home again." The Manager on duty was very unprofessional, as she laughed and made jokes about all the receipts that had to print in order to get to mine. One of the employees behind the counter was wearing street clothes, so you couldn't tell if she was just an employee or Manager. There were no napkins in the lobby, so they just put a pack of napkins on the counter opened for customers to just grab from there. These employees/managers definitely did not want to do anymore work than they absolutely had to. Another time that I visited there a few months ago, they were out of all their flavors of soda, they were out of tea, frosted drinks, etc. They had absolutely nothing but water to drink with your meal, and that was after we paid for drinks included with our meals. I meet the district Manager a few weeks later when we ate there again. He was very apologetic, and offered us free drinks to replace the ones we didn't receive on our previous visit, and he was replacing most of the staff that day. Service did get better for a little while after that, and the District Manager could not have been more kind or understanding, and wanted all the feedback we could give him. Read moreI come here approximately once a month for the last 6 months and it has been an improvement every time. Food quality and temperature staff attentiveness and friendliness and restaurant cleanliness have all improved. Somebody obviously cares about this particular store. Now that things are starting to run more smoothly I can see me coming at least once a week now.
3-5-22.... just like with every other fast food store in our nation, the store has gone up and down in Staffing and performance quality. For the last 4 months there has been an obnoxious smell coming out of the drive-thru window and only now after quite some time they are doing something or have found out what the cause is. It got so bad I started walking in to avoid having to smell what was coming through the window. For a short while they were telling people to stop between the pay window and pick up window and only Advance their cars when they were waving forward. I do not know if it was because of the complaints about the odor or something having to do with covid. Most of the staff is very friendly but in adequately trained for customer service. But when the quality of the food is good I can be patient when they don't say thank you for choosing Burger King may I take your order. All in all is still my favorite place to go but I hope my reviews will help management Target their efforts accordingly. Keep tracking down that foul odor and keep up training staff with that... Read moreFirst off all the good. Employees were very friendly. The ambrosial aroma of Whoppers wafting about the cars at the drive-thru. Landscaping and upkeep of the grounds was top notch. My burger was acceptable BK fare while my side salad (nice size for the price) was a 4 out of 5 on freshness. So the bad, it took about 30 minutes for me to get my food. I pulled into the more distant drive-thru lane with two cars in front of me waiting to order. Each one took 3-4 minutes. When I got up to the speaker, I waited 3-4 minutes to be greeted. I spouted off most of my order, and then the employee said they were trying to find something and vanished. 5 minutes of silence later a new voice said, "Welcome to BK may I take your order?" I mentioned I was waiting to finish my order. They apologized, read off the order to me, and asked me to pull thru. The truck behind me had what looked like a construction worker desperately trying to get some fries before heading back to the work site. He couldn't wait any longer and had to drive off. I am afraid he went hungry. Anyhow, another 3-4 minutes later, I was at the window, paid, and off I went. So I do not blame the employees here, as I peered into the restaurant and it looked like they were a little short staffed for the lunch hour.
