I like the combination of stores here, which includes a Publix, a Panera Bread, World Markets, Bealls, etc. But my favorites here would be a brand new Sephora, Marshals, Five Below and Ross. For some reason the shopping here is a bit more relaxed and new finds, like characters such as Peanuts, Hello Kitty, Stitch. I also like the patio furniture from Marshals, cute sandals from Ross and the cutest ramen bowls from Five Below. Do not sleep on this shopping center. It’s like a one stop and conveniently located on 41 on Gulf Gate drive!

I go here for Petsmart, I'm a fish nerd...! I have three fishrooms with 50+ tanks currently running and 29 more in storage... I'm not a big fan of Petsmart, but there are a few things that I'm forced to get from here, either because no one else carries it or, most commonly, due to price... They're way cheaper on those few things that I come here for... Thanks

Great shopping center. This is the old “Gulf Gate Mall” — Now it’s more of an outdoor style mall with Gap, Publix, 5 Guys, Panera, Hooters, Ross, Game Stop and many other places.

Honestly, I take back the ‘Outdoor Mall’ part as it’s not built practical to walk store to store. It does have a great assortment of stores though in a small area, the key is to just drive to them or just drive to the one your visiting directly as there aren’t pathways/walkways for you to really reach all areas safely without going into traffic.

HIDDEN GEM: The road next to the mall (Gulfgate __) there is a few streets which are immediately past the mall which are like 1/4 - 1/2 mile long smaller plaza’s of small businesses the whole way down on both sides of the road and its on BOTH of the streets which run parallel to the mall. Hidden Sarasota gem’s like Munchies 420 eatery and many other places are among the tenants there. I suggest driving in your car around there to see if anything interests you. Some great small businesses. Bravo’s Pizza is amazing as well as Big Olaf Creamery (Ice Cream) - if its still...

Nice place, but the drivers around here are nuts! I'm thankful I stayed in the truck while hubby ran in to Publix. Watched drivers pull into spots that were too tight and then jam their driver door open into the car next to them. Dent city! Couldn't believe my eyes when I watched a lady drive the front right end of her SUV into the side of a parked car and continue pulling in.....scraping his car all the way down the side. She got out, walked over and looked at the car she side swiped and went into Michael's with an elderly lady. I was taking pics and showed the owner of the car when he came out. Offered to call police for him and provide pics. He looked at his car, shook his head and said no thanks, honey. WTH!!! Couldn't wait for hubby to get back and get away from this shopping center. Again, nice place...Just...
