Crop Juice — Restaurant in Florida

I have visited Crop Juice many times over the years and love the variety of products they have and the flavors are great. However, the last few times I visited, I left feeling very mad at myself for purchasing anything because the prices are outrageous!

I am a health and wellness geek and am all about supporting places that offer healthy, nutritious meals, but I have lived all over the country and the most I’ve ever paid for a 12 oz juice is at Crop Juice. I ordered the After Burn juice (12 oz) which is organic pineapple, carrot, orange, green apple, turmeric, ginger, and lime and it cost me $14.45 (including tax) and this was one of the cheaper juices on the menu. I completely understand that the whole process behind juicing and preparing the raw healthy recipes is very time consuming and uses great ingredients, but nothing can justify that high of a price tag.

The juice I had today is equivalent to California premium prices for smoothies with loads of superfoods in them and where the smoothie can serve as a meal replacement. But I’ve never paid this high of a price anywhere else for a 12 oz juice with these exact same ingredients - organic pineapple, carrot, orange, green apple, turmeric, ginger, and lime.

The only place in Sarasota to blend so much awesomeness into one magical spot! We love the kale Cesar salad, the delicious brownies (can you believe they are made from black beans?!) every smoothie and cold pressed juice. The commitment to quality and locally sourced ingredients is top notch. I have to give a special shout out to the bakers and production crew blasting away behind the scenes baking and juicing like pros. The stores have hand selected items that are gluten free, dairy free and include savory to sweet and all guilt free. Clean eating has found it’s place here. The owners Keith and Karen are down to earth, kindhearted, hardworking people full of sunshine and truly care about their staff. Today the lovely Caroline helped me pick out a yummy nut butter and made my visit enjoyable with her friendly personality and very knowledgeable assistance to the products. No matter what location you visit you see the joy in the environment and the colorful fun vibe. If you are wanting to change your fast food habits for you and your family visit Crop and try the variety of amazing food made with love and quality. Fountain of youth discovered! Run do not walk to this hidden gem on Stickney Point and Gateway in Sarasota. If I could’ve bought the place out I would’ve! Check out all the awesome REAL food here full of organic, gluten free, vegan, GMO free, plant based life nourishing fuel. This place has figured out the perfect blend of go to recipes and local vendor medley that can almost replace your grocery store. Try the drive thru for a quick pick up of plant based hot and cold drinks, gluten free donuts and awesome shots to pump your day like elderberry and anti inflammatory. When you head inside you’ll be super stoked to find a treasure trove of the coolest food and treats around. My whole family has health issues that we are tackling by plugging into this healthy local family owned business committed to helping people heal. Just started replacing our not so healthy shelves with these health packed goodies and sure enough it doesn’t get better than hearing our family say hey pick me up some of that Crop stuff! Woot!!!! When your fam feels good you feel good, just can’t say enough about this place.
