Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

My family and I stopped at this Chick Fil A Friday night and I was really surprised by the poor customer service I received. After receiving our food I took one bite of my sandwich and realized it was a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy that I had requested. I took my receipt and sandwich back to the counter and politely requested a spicy one. After some conversation amongst themselves a woman came back to me with my sandwich and told me that I had not ordered a spicy chicken sandwich?! I told her that she didn't know WHAT I ordered, because she didn't take my order, but that it was possible the girl who took my order hadn't heard me correctly as the mall is quite loud. Then the girl who took my order spoke up and reiterated that I had not ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I'm staring at the two of them in disbelief, because frankly, even if I HAD messed up my order, (which I didn't, I order the exact same thing every time I go to Chickfila) wouldn't the correct response be to just take care of it?? I looked at both of them and said, "So are we really gonna stand here and argue about this or can I get a spicy chicken sandwich?". Suddenly the shift lead or whomever I had been dealing saw common sense and changed her tone. She said of course, grabbed the correct sandwich, and apologized for the confusion. If it weren't for the insincerity of her tone and the hassle to get the issue fixed, I wouldn't be writing this review. To be honest, I would expect nothing less from McDonald's but not...

Barely go to this location since it's in the food court of the mall and not free standing but decided to stop by today. Soups were delicious! But, I arrived after the mobile app notified me my food was ready and instructed me to go to the pick up section. The manager, Cassandra, was so busy talking about what I believe was the FL Keys and telling the other employee that she could soon drive over there, etc etc etc, that they never once acknowledged my presence, greeted me or even looked at me even though I was standing at the pick up, waiting for my 2 soups. Finally, I decided to check inside the big bag sitting on their end of the counter and there were my soups that would have sat there for much longer if not for the fact that I pulled the bag over and walked away. Tried to order Mac and cheese and they were out. Ordered 2 large ice dream cups. When I got my food the ice dream cups were small. I told them I ordered larges and they said they don't sell large ice dream cups. I'm pretty sure I got them here before. I know I have gotten them at other Chick-fi-A's. I paid at the outside tent. When I got to the window they asked me to pay. I told them I paid at the tent and they said I could pick up my receipt at the window. They said it didn't go through. I paid using a different card. I thought the put my receipt on the bag but it just showed what I ordered. The two cars being me had already gotten their food so I didn't check.
