Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

I often go to this CFA Location and the older ladies are very kind workers. However, last week me and my friend were waiting for our food. One of the workers named Valentina looks like she’s in her late teens/early twenties calls out my friends order. She gives her the bag with no drink. So my friendly kindly reminded Valentina that she ordered a drink. Valentina starts scooping ice into the cup and my friend says “oh, I ordered it with no ice”. Valentina aggressively dumps the ice, ROLLS her eyes, then makes the drink. I was in complete and utter shock, I worked at a chick fil a for almost 3 years so I know that is completely an unacceptable way to treat a guest. But it gets worse, once Valentina hands my friend her drink she looks at me with an attitude and says “is there a problem?” I responded kindly with “no” and I have a smile. Later this week I returned and there was no hot sauce in the condiment box so I kindly asked her for some hot sauce, after she handed me some I said “thank you” and instead of her saying “my pleasure” like any well trained chick fil a employee would you rolled her eyes and walked away. Manager Lady is extremely rude. While I waited for my food, she was talking very loud to another employee. The conversation was not appropriate. After, I got my food, the gentlemen gave me a cup for water. She reached over the counter and snacthed the cup out of my hand. Then she asked the employee "Why you gave her a cup" an a condescending tone. She bittle the employee. She proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for a cup at the register. She never apologized for the confusion. I stood there for a few seconds, speechless; While she gave me a death stare. I can not believe she is a manager. Some people should work with the public. I'm not the type of person who writes product reviews. This, however, is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. Every Wednesday during the lunch rush, I order from there. I've had to wait 30 minutes for one combo three Wednesdays in a row. People who ordered after me got their food before me. My lunch was described as a "special" sandwich. I always have the Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich meal, but I'm not sure what's so "special" about it.
