Arrived for lunch, hungry and ready to eat. Waitress began by spending more time talking about her personal life than taking our order. This resulted in her coming back 7 minutes after we ordered to ask what I ordered again. When she brought the drinks we asked for straws which we never got. We also requested ketchup which was never provided.
After a 30 minute wait and finally asking where our food was another waitress informed us our current waitress was really fighting for us to get our food. When the food finally did arrive they brought the wrong order of eggs for my wife, a runny mess as opposed to her scrambled eggs. Once we sent that back to get our correct order to try to appease our frustration they brought us our pancakes. But once again they brought the wrong order.
My wife had ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they brought her plain like my own. Once again we pointed out the mistake. A different waitress rushed back and brought us different pancakes that were still that wrong order. At least chocolate chip now but covered in whip cream and chocolate sauce that my wife never asked for or wanted.
Nearly ending the end of our rope approaching 45 minutes with no food and multiple incorrect dishes served they brought my wife's main dish back with the eggs cooked how she'd requested. However in bringing it they had just flipped the hashbrowns from earlier on her plate onto this new plate upside down revealing the completely burned bottom. At that point we just gave up got the manager and explained how we'd been served/treated and left.
An hour of our life wasted, complete ineptness and a lack of service. Only positive part of the experience is we didn't have to pay for all the wrong food we were served.
It'll be along time before we return to any iHop and would never return here and recommend avoiding it...

We were prepared to wait longer than usual due to the high volume of people during the holidays and lack of servers, however we were not prepared to have the server refuse to serve us three times without any context. When we were finally seated we waited 20mins before I had to ask who our server was even though she was serving all the tables around us. I saw how three other servers asked her to wait on us and I saw her shaking her head “No.” She went to serve the table next to us, who came after we were already seated, when I reminded her we were there before them she said she’ll find us another waiter. At this point we had been waiting over 45mins since we walked through the door to order our food. There was no explanation, we received no answers from the manager or other staff as to what was the problem and why she was denying us service, other than she has a “strong personality.” Luckily, we were finally served by another waitress who did a great job considering the stressful situation and short staff. My order was wrong, I sent it back, waited a full 15 minutes for the waitress to come back and get my new order, once she brought my order (another 12 min later), I asked for a pumpkin spice short stack to go, and she never came back, not even to refill our drinks...had to sit and wait to ask for the check. After a long wait and being patient, the check finally arrived and she brought the to go order on a plate, and excused herself cause she forgot it was to go, in addition she tries to charge me for the sandwich I returned...now, there's where I blew up and asked for the manager, of which I was informed that there wasn't one one site. I then proceeded to tell the other waitress Anna, whom decided to inject herself to the situation, of the occurrence and that I wanted the manager's number, she answered that "she had punched out and didn't need the stress". She then came back and told me the manager's name is Nick when she heard me say "not to worry, I'll be getting in touch with someone higher than the manager, and inform them that their employees don't want to be stressed with customer issues".
