Chicken Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

We purchased two of their chops. The chicken in one of them was perfectly fine. The other however had chicken that was gritty and rubbery and felt unnatural. It wasn't just a single piece. We tried nearly 15 little pieces before deciding it was a bad piece of chicken. We returned to the location and asked if we can simply get a new chop made. The woman at the counter was very unaccommodating. She questioned our claim and was resistant in meeting our request. And young male employee approached and got involved and after hearing our issue turned and walked away, unwilling to help either. The woman reluctantly swapped the dish out but then refused to allow us a new container of sauce, as our last one was lost on the dish we returned. I could not understand the attitude or complete unwillingness to hear out and then assist paying customers. We have never received bad chicken before from any Chicken Kitchen and were not unreasonable in thinking it happens from time to time. But we were met with a staff who treated us as swindlers who treated us so poorly WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. If you want chicken kitchen get chicken kitchen but don't get it from this location. I live 4 min away this location and I will literally drive out of my way to a different one. Long story short, the little Asian manager owner whatever she is hates everything and everyone don't ask for extra or personalized anything ( even if your more than willing to pay extra ) because she refuses to give it. I asked another employee to leave the skin on and she heard me and told her no not to give it to me. Also their sauce is 4% sauce in a huge bucket with 96% water. The hot trays leak hot ass water on you. Their cookies make you sick. Mac n cheese makes you sick not just me basically everyone I know that has made the mistake of trying it and Overall the fact that the moment you walk in you feel the hatred from this Asian lady. I've been coming here for years and the atrocity of what they've done with their cookies is baffling. I went yesterday 4/23 and got two cookies I paid close to 8 dollars for and they seem to get smaller and smaller every time I go. I used to love taking my son here and have the nostalgic experience of enjoying the cookies which remind me of those great school cookies but lately it's become clear the owner and store are more focused on profits and milking every possible last cent out of its customers than providing the quality they once had.
