Food is amazing but I have one complaint regarding the wait staff. I always go there to order take out and before I even walk in through the door, I know what I’m going to order. When I place take out, it doesn’t take more than a minute or two yet the wait staff apparently seem entitled to a tip. During one instance that I didn’t tip, the waitress that took my order waited around 5-10 minutes to tell the kitchen staff to start preparing my order when the restaurant was nearly empty. During that time, she was talking to her co-worker. I didn’t think much of it since it was just one instance but the next time I was there that I didn’t tip on a takeout order, my order (just one “Bandeja Paisa”) took around 35 minutes to be prepared and other customers that ordered after me got their orders first. I’m not against tipping the wait staff and will gladly tip for good service while dining there but if you just place someone’s take out order for a minute or two, you shouldn’t be entitled to a tip nor make a customer deal with slow prep times because he/she...

Set up a cantina here for two weeks' worth of foods. The price is unbelievably affordable however, the reduction in price definitely is reflected in their employees' customer service. I was referred by a friend and I could say don't even bother spending money on their weekly meal deals. Every day to order over the phone was a mission. You have to take turns playing with the phone numbers they have, to get in contact with an employee. And the employees clearly do not like receiving the calls because it is reflected in the moment they answer the phone. They have a terrible attitude. And once you're picking up the order they spend 10 minutes to give me my food even though I would wait the estimated time I was told; there was never a time I didn't have to wait longer for my food. And once I would get home food was soggy and cold. Would never come back and strongly recommend to save your money and go to another food place that has the same prices with great quality...

Please instruct the coook how to make scrambled eggs and cheese. The eggs were ordered scrambled and they are supposed to be whole, but the cook chopped the eggs into pieces. These are not scrambled eggs. They are like chop chop in pieces. I asked for cheese and they put the cheese separate on a plate with arepa. .scrambled eggs w cheese should be whipped cooked together, then turned over and properly served lime regular restaurants and served on a plate. Not in a metal bowl like a salad. I went 2 times before and the person who cooks , prepared them the same way. I explained to the server so the next time if I go I will give specufic instructions. You have to eat with a spoon as the pieces fall off. Please use a cook who knows how to prepare certain food's properly. I asked for bacon soft and they only have extra crispy bacon so I had to get sausages. That was fine. :) It should be a relaxing meal ,not stressful..Thank you for...
