Gm i hesitate to offer 3 stars because I frequent this BK I live and work nearby and I have always had excellent service and my food is always hot. Until today you guys were 5 stars. However after my experience with Angelina ( I only know her name because the manager offered it she refused to give it to me in fact she asked me why as she rolled her eyes and neck) I left feeling devalued as a customer. First my order was .50 more than my usual but I said "oh well inflation" then the girl who took my order could not understand my name it's pretty simple but ok. The problem was my wait. It was taking much longer than normal and the teenager at the window (Ms. I can be rude because it's my world Angelina) offered no explanation. I finally got her attention by blowing my horn only to get a finger, eye roll and a whispered "wtf". I blew again she opened that window with such attitude only to tell me that everybody's waiting. At this point I have to get to work so I asked this brat of an employee how long did she anticipate my wait. She continued to be so rude and then became argumentive. She said some words I didn't catch and closed her window again. I blew again this time I had already decided im making a complaint. I would be so embarrassed as a parent to know my child was behaving this way at work with the public. Angelina refused to give me her name i asked why she wasn't wearing a name tag she said she doesn't have to. I asked for a manager and she stormed off to get one. The manager was apologetic she's always a pleasure. But Angelina needs some maturing before she represents any company. No way do I want to pay my hard earned money only to be treated so disrespectfully. I hope her supervisors view the camera on 10/11 at 10:25 am and offer Angelina some additional training or terminate her employment why lose money on a employee who doesn't care to represent your brand in the best way? This is 2 days after hurricane Milton many people in this area are still without lights who wants to deal with such poor manners at a time like this. Be a better person Angelina! Follow up: I called and spoke with Distric Manager Suzie about Angelina's poor customer service. Suzie listened and apologized. She assured me that my concerns would be addressed. Read moreI’ve never been to this Burger King location before, but I stopped by after a doctor appointment to grab a quick breakfast.. There was no one in line. I drove through put a very simple order in breakfast meal #2 With coffee. The young guy that took my order was very pleasant. I paid and then I was asked to stay at the first window because they had to make the hashbrowns and the coffee About 9-10 minutes later, Im asked to pull to the second window.. Where my food is handed to me (it was warm not hot) and I still had to wait on my coffee.. Mind you, no one has come up behind me during this time until I was at the second window and it looked like no one was inside. And the staff was just hanging around looking for stuff to do. What cracked me up is the guy getting my coffee was holding the cup literally under the coffee filter And it was dripping into the cup.. 10:46 AM… You seriously have no coffee made? Burger King normally has really good coffee… I tend to go to the one in Trinity (Never an issue there) This coffee was bitter and nasty. The breakfast was average and the hashbrowns smelled like plastic so I’m gonna toss those…
I can understand if they were busy and rushing around… But they weren’t.

Read moreWhen I drove up, I told them I had a coupon for a large whopper meal. She asked the drink and then she gave me the total. I told her that's not what the coupon says. She then scolded me, saying that I needed to tell her that I had a coupon. I told her that was the first thing I said to her. After about a min, she told me to drive around without giving me a total. One other car was in front of me, and I don't know why, but it takes forever to get the cars through the cue the last few times I've gone to this location. I paid at the first window and moved on to the 2nd. I see a young woman who later told me she was the shift manager talking to someone in prep. Then, she walked over to get some drinks and took them to the counter, then back to the person she was talking to prior. She then started to walk towards the back as I was asking the young man who the woman was that I talked to when placing my order. Still waiting for my food, I come to realize when I asked about it was sitting on the counter by the window. Yes, it was cold. She didn't seem concerned about getting food out in a timely manner. This location needs to be looked at by district management. I will make the longer trip to Mitchell ranch...
