Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Florida

My first experience at Chicken Salad Chick: I didn't want to like this place, really I didn't. However, I was greeted by a super friendly teenageish girl to take my takeout order. She explained things to me as I had LOTS of questions - especially since I was curious as to how a restaurant serving basically JUST ONE THING could possibly stay in existence.....then I couldn't decide which one to get since there were so many "types" of chicken salad to choose from. She made a suggestion, I took her advice and took a seat and waited. Within a minute or two (maybe less) she walked around with my order to hand it to me personally and made sure to give me a sincere "I hope you enjoy your lunch" with a very also sincere smile. All I can say about the food is WOW, it was super good. How DO they make so many different kinds of chicken salad and how often does a person crave chicken salad? All I can say about this lunch was WOW, very good. REALLY good. Like better than good. I will be back and next time I will eat in the cute atmosphere they have created there, and hopefully it will be as good as my first experience with my takeout order. I also enjoyed the little "extra" mini iced cookie at the end. Very cute place, very good food and even better greeting and service.

Only giving 2 stars because the front staff is usually very friendly. We are VERYYYYY disappointed in our service today! We ordered through DoorDash, which has always been an issue in itself, but this time was over and beyond! First off, I want to THANK Melissa, the shift lead, for her patience and understanding today. Eleana, the practice manager was absolutley ridiculous. Without boring people with the details, we had a mistake on a $60 order and Melissa agreed to remake and deliver the order for us in which we were VERY thankful. Eleana, the manager, called us back and stated they will not be doing this and that we are basically out of luck. We told her that we would not be using their service again and tht it would be a HUGE loss as we are a major practice and use Chicken Salad Chicken multiple times a week and usually have very large orders to which she did not care and hung up on us. I'm assuming that while this was happening, it wasn't communicated to Melissa who was already making our food because we got a call a couple minutes later that they were going to deliver our food. She took this time to tell us that they have made our food twice now without getting paid (which wasn't true) and continued to deny ever messing anything up and got EXTREMELY rude with us. Love the Jalapeno Holly on croissant, on crackers, wheat bread. Have gone eaten in 3 times, picked up dozen times at least. Best sides broccoli soup, fresh fruit, Mac n cheese, pasta salad, great pickle I don't like pickles love theirs. Must have chicken Torilla Soup n Poblano chicken soup. Sides container of jalapeno holly. Loaded Potato Soup is very good. I love the flavor and heat of the spicy soups. Friends have gone with me and/or picked up and we had in the garden or on patio. Love love the mineral water. Highly recommend. My apologies for not posting pictures. This is one place I am all about eating. Pictures are not a thought. All is served hot if you order a grilled sandwich , soup. Presentation is very nice, clean . It's about the food, service, atsomphere. Bathroom always clean. If you haven't tried them out. Do so. They have a very good half sandwich deal too. A cookie is always given with your meal. Stop debating n go tantalize your taste buds, wake them up 100%.
