We have been going to this Chili's location at least twice a month since it opened, and we have always had a great experience and amazing tasting food. However, the past two times (Jan. 17th and yesterday Mar. 2nd) has made us decide we will travel to a futher location to have a good meal from Chili's.
On January 17th, we were denied a big table for our group of 9 and told we could have two booths away from each other. Not a big deal, but there were numerous big tables open and a couple that came in after us with a toddler were given a big table(still unused big tableswhen we left). We received our appetizers fairly quickly, but drinks took 20 minutes. We waited over an hour for our meals after the server came back 3 times, saying ours was next, and another server came back twice saying the same thing. We finally get our food the fajitas that sizzle were ice cold, Alfredo was mush with noodles falling apart, medium burger was charred and grey inside, the cheese wasn't visible because it was sitting so long, and the texas cheese fries were cold, burnt and coaggulated lump. The kids in our group got their food quick, and were done eating for 45 minutes waiting for us to eat. No adults ate their food, the lady manager said she would personally make my burger, never saw her again. I got the burger "hot" but it was still well done.
Yesterday, we went in with hopes that the obvious new management got it up and running better, but we were sadly mistaken. We were there for like 10 minutes before our drinks were taken (which it's understandable). Three of my kids sprite tasted putrid, the server gladly got them chocolate milk. It took about 30 minutes to get our margaritas and 1 of our appetizers (chips and salsa), worst margarita we've ever had it tasted like nothing but margarita mix. After an hour the cook comes out saying there were no fries, which the majority of our party ordered, and said we can pick another side. I got the upcharge for bacon cheese fries. As he is saying this, our food comes out with no sides. Our second appetizer (trio dip) is also coming out. I say I'd like to talk to the manager to figure this out. She comes to talk to us. I explain the situation (same manager as 1/17). She doesn't seem to be concerned. My husband says we don't want the food, but of course pay for what we consumed and tip our server because it wasn't her fault. When the manager didn't seem to care, I explained this same thing happened a month ago and said she would told me on 1/17 she would"personally make it to make sure it was cooked properly" I said " it was still way over done, but was hot" she then told my family to "just leave". I hate confrontation and have worked in the restaurant industry and understand how it can be. Before we ordered a man calmly told the manager he waited over an hour for his steak and wanted it off the bill (it was raw). He didn't have time to have it remade. The time we were there the tables and floors around us never got cleaned, and waitresses were having a great time in the bar area(not ours). As this was all coming to an end, my chair got bumped by a tabel as they were cleaning it and lifted my chair to where my chest hit our table. I presumed it to be an accident, but no apology or even my bad, manager didn't care. Luckily, they didn't bump one of my sons who were sitting right beside me.Hopefully, there will be better management one day because the reviews, food, and atmosphere are not good for an average resteraunt where normal people go for a decent meal for their family...

Read moreI came here June 8th and immediately half the restaurant was empty and everyone was sitting on one side. Me and my bf were sat in a 6 top table shoved right by the door. Everyone was crammed right next to each table. I’m assuming they just didn’t want to open the other side up because they didn’t have enough servers. Cool but space some people out. Right off the bat the hostess sat the menus down and walked off seems annoyed we were there. I enjoy their food so I tried to pay it no mind. The servers name was Tina and she showed up about 10 minute after we were seated. Took our drink order and didn’t come back for a while with the drinks. when she did we told her we wanted the queso and chips. It never came out for about 15 minutes. She walked by us and said why don’t we have it and we said it hasn’t been brought out she laughs and walks off. Bumping into tables and running around as one would if they were under the influence of something. Again I tried to pay it no mind as I came here to eat and I just want some food. Finally she brings it out it’s sloppy salsa is all over the chips they’re soggy and the queso is lumpy and cold. I try to bite my tongue and just wait for food. I had my boyfriend ask the hostess for salt because the server again was nowhere to be found. About 20 minutes go by and she takes out food order I get the triple dipper and he gets chicken crispers. Remember that they come with fries. Well his didn’t and she brings out the food saying fries will be out soon. We should have known soon meant when she felt like getting it. They have food runners for a reason and not even they brought it out so she more than likely didn’t ring it in until right when she realized we didn’t have them. She jokes it off and says” wow you still don’t have the fries idk why the food runners arent running it”. My bf politely asks if she is new and she says no she’s worked BOH and FOH for a long time but we came in after everybody else was sat so she apologizes for the bad service. At this point I was just ready to go. I paid 60.95 for food that wasn’t even good enough to give to my dog at home. I asked for 2 to go boxes and paid in the kiosk on the table to avoid having to wait longer. I called and spoke to a manager and was told I’d receive a refund which I have yet to get. The professionalism in this place is not there at all and they need to work on food quality. It was severely disappointing and I won’t be coming back to this establishment for a while. I’d rather take the drive to the one in Panama City at least they serve hot food and tend to the tables. I’ve spoken to 2 managers since then and they both have given me different answers in when I will receive a refund and when asked if there’s any way they can tell me if the 1st manager pushed my refund through I was told they would get back to me. That was 10 days ago. I would give a 0 start is that...
Read moreUpdated Review 4/2025 Wow, if I could make a list of the worst places I've ever been to In America this one would definitely take the cake. This particular location has faced so many violations and health code issues (these are absolutely public for you to see) that it would make you never want to eat there again, because they simply don't care. Violations get fixed on the spot which means that you sat in the restaurant and ate under these violations. (Which include and are not limited to bugs!) The atmosphere is disgusting. It took months for them to fix broken windows, air conditioners are leaking all over the floor leaving hazards. There's literal mold on the walls and pictures of the restaurant, and on fixtures. Next, employees. The employees used to be great, but after what seems like an eradication of people who were there for years, like our favorite server Kim, disappeared! 😕 Our favorite bartenders are still there, otherwise every other face we've seen is new,and does NOT give as good of service as previous. The food.... I'm not sure who they've hired to cook back there. But my last experience ordering here 2 weeks ago... No one bothered to call me and tell me that they were out of anything... Which at this point I don't even believe they were out of it I just believe that their Cooks don't know how to cook or how to build a recipe. I ordered the trio fajita, I did not get any beans. I got a cup of rice, a tiny portions of meat. No bell peppers,no onions,no tortillas and no boat! (This was a delivery order but phone numbers are printed on delivery orders) No one had the decency to tell me that I was only going to receive rice and meat for $25. I would have canceled the order. We also ordered Nashville hot mozzarella sticks with this order, and they were literally still frozen in the middle. Our molten lava cake had no ice or hard shell. The only thing that was right in our order was the Texas cheese fries which only had three jalapenos on it when we asked for extra. Overall this particular one has just gone so downhill to the point that I will drive across town to 9th Avenue Chili's where the management and staff keep it tip top, clean, and actually take responsibility for the actions of employees and food that comes out of the kitchen.
This location is just absolutely exceptional. Sometimes it does take a little bit to get your order, but it's definitely worth the wait for the service. The prices are absolutely amazing and the food is great for the price. Wonderful atmosphere that I would take just about anybody to! Matthew is an...
