China King — Restaurant in Florida

Placed first take out order with China King today. Very friendly and good time estimates for pick up (30-35 minutes)….was ready in 30 minutes.

Tried to special order General Tso’s chicken with breast meat only. Advised they only had one chef tonight so they couldn’t do a special order. Ok…fine. Ordered as standard order. Also ordered ‘Krab Rangoon’.

Rangoon was delicious and made perfectly. General’s chicken was thigh meat or otherwise. Flavor was great but chicken was so extremely chewy so I tossed it.

Didn’t care for the “fried rice”….was more like yellow rice with onions…no flavor.

Ultimately the food was good with the flavor that I was looking for - just not what I wanted (chewy chicken). Will order from them again but order accordingly. I look forward to...

Are used to go to China king regularly but today I got DoorDash beef and broccoli with wonton soup. The beef tasted funny but I ate some because I haven’t had it for a while so I thought maybe they changed but I got severe stomach pains and hot flashes to throw up and I called DoorDash. They would not give me a refund unless I get medical documentation and I called China king and they will not give me a refund. I had to go through DoorDash which they will not give me a refund. My stomach is hurting. I have severe stomach cramps and stomach pains, I can’t go to the hospital and get documentation on my stomach ache. The food was bad they will not give me a refund it was ridiculous. I’m sitting here in pain and throwing up my dinner of $26 from DoorDash...

Used to have a good review, but now it has to be changed...Lately, the food just isn't up to par. The last time I ordered from here may have been about 8 months ago, and I wasn't gonna order here again, but low and behold I did, and it was disappointed fully! The General Tso's Chicken combo, was well below average! Chicken was dry with none of the sauce with it at all. Chicken was very 'gristly' and tough to chew. The Sweet and Sour Chicken didn't have much chicken for the combo, mainly a tray full of rice. Chicken Chow Mein wasn't bad, nor the Wonton Soup. Just beside myself that I paid over $50 and left a $20 tip to basically throw more than half of the food away. WILL NOT be coming back...
