Waited for almost fifty five (55) minutes to receive our dinner order after having placed the order in advance online!
We placed our dinner order using Culver's online ordering website and upon completing our online order in full, we received an estimated time of our orders' completion (order is ready to pickup) time of six (6) minutes from the Culver's website, which we waited through, mostly whilst standing in the restaurant, since we placed the order while we were already well on our way to driving to the Culver's restaurant. Upon our arrival, the Culver's "associates" (workers wearing the blue Culver's embroidered shirts) were all clearly very busy, to be fair. However, all things considered, since we PRE-ordered our dinners at least ten plus(10+) minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant to pick up our dinner order, having to wait an additional fifty five (55) minutes. This occurrence forced me to come to the conclusion that us pre-ordering our dinner from this (Lehigh Acres Culver's) restaurant was in reality completely pointless and then actually witnessing the mayhem that was being exhibited by the restaurant's employees, behind the front counter, led me to wonder; did this restaurant even have a workforce manager/coordinator working during this period of time, and if so, what the heck were they doing? Needless to point out that we were very disappointed by the roughly one (1) hour dinner wait time debacle, however our order's contents, versus what we finally received (we didn't actually initially receive what we ordered) was missing several items (French fries, cheese sauce, etc.), in spite of having waited for an hour. I am not sure if Culver's promotes itself as a "fast food" restaurant, but even if they did not claim that they were "fast food", this Lehigh Acres Culver's is ridiculously slow and extremely disorganized. The food was good, once we finally were able to eat it, so there is that. Come on Lehigh Acres Culver's, we know that you can do...
Read moreI ordered a shrimp basket 8/1/2023 @ 1 pm I got Tatar sauce, I ate the shrimp and within 5 mins of completing my meal my stomach starts hurting bad it’s been 7 hrs and I have food poisoning and suffering miserably. I called the store to warn them so no one else would get sick but the team member stated no manager was in the store, I said get a manager because I have food poisoning and suddenly a manager was available unfortunately the lady manager on the 8pm shift was of no help her response was “ well our shrimp is on a timer” she had no concern for me or other customers. A properly trained manager would had stopped selling the shrimp and tartar sauce until they could be thoroughly checked to avoid getting other customers sick. I should have never eaten here because now I am throwing up and my stomach is cramping so bad. UPDATE: someone called me at 9:30 pm a male essentially offering me food coupons smh I told him while severely in pain from stomach cramps I have food poisoning why would you think to offer me food at a time like this? It’s insensitive food is the furthest thing in my mind while dealing with food poisoning he proceeds to ask me what have I eaten in the last 24 hrs again more insensitivity he was more concern with shifting blame rather then making sure I was okay and that others wouldn’t get sick. The managers on shift for today need to be retrained immediately because this...
