Papa Johns has absolutely no respect for their customers. I’m a disabled veteran on a fixed income. It’s my son’s birthday and he asked for pizza. I ordered from Papa Johns on Lee Blvd in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Unknown to me, an answering service takes the order, and not the store. They charged me 5x for my order, at the price of $ 64.03. That’s $320.15 cents for 3 large pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi. I called the store to inform them of the error. They literally told me that that wasn’t their issue to address and that I needed to call their call center to resolve it in my own. Then, when my order came, it came without the 2 Liter Pepsi. The driver said that they forgot it and he’d have to go back to the store and deliver it. The driver was not able to come right back to my house, he had other deliveries. I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager. She was absolutely rude and dismissive, telling me that she’s busy, and asking what did I want. I asked her not to interrupt and I would be able to tell her. The idea that me as a customer and a disabled veteran would be treated like this, by this otherwise we’ll respected chain, is appalling! I will never order from Papa Johns again. You should really think twice about the type of people or company that you choose to give your money to.
It’s 10:06 PM, 2+ hours later, and still no Pepsi. I called the store back to let them know I still had not received the soda. The Manager said, we’ll just refund your money for the 2 liter… again, with attitude. I’m very confused as to why after receiving this type of service the manager believes that it’s in any way ok, to address a customer in this manner. And to say maybe they are having a bad day…. There is...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. I boycotted this location for 5 years due to terrible service and delivery times. I recently began to order again, hoping things had changed. Today, I ordered a single large pizza. Two hours later a delivery guy shows up in my driveway. After allowing him to sit about 5 minutes in my driveway, I walked out to see what was going on. He handed me a pizza and took my money but he looked very confused. I went in and checked the box he gave me and it was not even the right pizza. The delivery expert was still sitting in my driveway so I took the box back to him. He said he gave me the wrong one and that he left mine at the pizza shop. He came to my home after two hours of me waiting with the wrong pizza, gave me someone else's pizza and then probably delivered that one after I touched it, totally disregarding Covid contact procedures. I called to complain and was left on hold for 20 minutes before being addressed. The person told me if I wanted my pizza it would be another two hour wait! No expediting for your mistake to take care of your customer? Nope. Nobody cares. No empathy, not even an apology. This is why I will no longer order from this...
Read moreI never like to write anything negative. We always try to give the benefit of the doubt in every situation, but our disappointment merited this review today. I was highly disappointed with the significant decline in quality that used to be such a great place. We used to order from this particular Papa John’s for lunch on a pretty routine basis and it had been a while since we ordered. Much to our dismay, the quality of the food items we received just demonstrates the significant degradation in what used to be a top quality pizza and highly regarded name. Pizza was not cut through all the way, the cheese and sauce was plopped in the middle, and garlic knots were thrown in the box as well as the breadsticks. Looked like they were haphazardly ripped apart and thrown in the box. The slices broke in half when you lifted them from the box. We won’t be ordering from here in the future and it’s sad because we were looking forward to this. The way the quality has declined here is absolutely shameful and beyond evident by the looks of the other reviews. This should be brought to corporate’s attention because this is not a fair representation of what papa John’s quality...
