If you have any allergies, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHINA WIND! I have been a customer for many years, sometimes the food has been poor but have never complained because many times it has been decent and I didn’t want to try a new place. Now they simply did not take in consideration how serious a seafood allergy is. I have always said not to include shrimp in the food because of a very serious allergy and they never did. It appears that the new girl, possibly a daughter, does not seem to care. I ordered vegetable Loméin, special fried rice with no shrimps, egg rolls and orange chicken. A 35 minute drive to my home to open the food to find that it contained shrimps which a member of my family cannot have anywhere close or it will cause a serious breathing issue. The orange chicken tasted like old nasty fish, egg rolls were dripping in oil and the fried rice full of shrimps. When I called in they simply said “oh that’s how it has always been” when it’s simply not true. No apology or credit. They just lost long...
Read moreI would like to start off by saying I've been coming here since 2013 and that ends today.
I came for my lunch break and ordered a lunch special orange chicken with my included soda. The chicken was so overcooked and hard I couldn't eat it. Not to mention it had no sauce. I call back to tell them about it and the kid says I should have asked for it with extra sauce and that everyone likes it crunchy. Not me and it has never been like that. I bring it back for my refund and the owner was so rude and said it didn't matter since I was getting my money back. They didn't even refund me the full amount. He claims I paid for the sprite separately. I chose soda instead of my soup. You get to pick one for the lunch special. No apology or consideration for me having to come back a second time during rush hour. What a joke....

Hey, I am just picking up some Chinese food. The interaction is brief. How hard is it to be pleasant? The food is OK, not great but OK. Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen. So for my $$$ I'll go somewhere else and avoid the aggravation.
I spend about $350 a year at that store. Not a huge amount of money but I'll spend it elsewhere from now on. They should learn how to value their customers. Seems I am not the only one in the comment section that...
