THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE ,STAY AWAY,STAY AWAY. WAS THEIR RECENTLY AS DESCRIBED BELOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER, RUDE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT PEOPLE RAVE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON TEACHING THEIR STAFF BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE , MEANWHILE 2 AND 3 YEARS AGO THE SAME COMMENTS WERE POSTED. THEY DO NOTHING TO CHANGE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE MY BEST GUESS THEY PAY MINIMUM WAGE AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, AS SHE TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT THEIR TO EXPLAIN HOW TO DO SOMETHING SO WHY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU. THAT DO NOT EVEN EXPLAIN WHEN A CUSOTMER SPECIFICALLY ASKS QUESTIONS THEY SHOULD KNOW. AND LIKE THE POSTINGS FROM BELOW THEY MAKE UP THIS FAKE RULE THAT THE FDA DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO TAKE BACK ANY OR AS THEY SAY ALL THEIR MERCHANDISE THEY SELL, ID LIKE TO SEE THAT IN WRITING OR HAVE IT POSTED FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEE WITH THE FDA SEAL ON THE PAPER. ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY, DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE AND THEY JUST BLOW YOU OFF WHEN YOU CALL THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY. IM GIVING THEM ONE STAR THATS BECAUSE GOOGLE WONT ALLOW 0 STARS WHICH IS WHAT THEY DESERVE.

Few hours after I did return to the store to exchange some items that we bought incorrectly. We were told that they do Not accept exchanges or returns and that is stated in the receipt. When I bought these items the cashier did not tell us that any item that you buy here is a final sale. I don't even recall seeing a sign at this store warning customers about it. This is outrageous. I do not live in Florida, and I'm not use to rudeness. I fully understand not accepting items that were opened or used, but ours were sealed and in the same bag that were given to us. You Must also warn customers about your sale policy before making a transaction. We all felt robbed. My fiancé and I needed a chocolate turtle mold for one of our wedding favors and we were unable to find any in all of S. Florida. Natasha answered my call the first time I called and was instantly willing to help us get what we needed. Natasha not only ordered the mold for us WITHOUT any added fees or minimum quantity on our purchase (no other shop was willing to offer the same), but her and Melanie also followed up with us periodically while we waited for our order to arrive.

When I walked into the store I was instantly impressed with the cleanliness and organization throughout the entire shop. I was very pleased to meet the staff and the owner and I am sure I will return in the future (The classes seem like an interesting idea for a laid back date night).

I recently moved and discovered Sweet Life when I needed to make cake pops for my friends wedding. She needs wine colored cake pops. I tried and tried on my own to get the color just right and I just couldn't do it. I used to go to another cake supply store that was tiny (won't name which one) and the lady pretty much told me she had no idea how I could achieve that color. Today I came in to Sweet Life and this AMAZING girl that works there named Celeste went SUPER out of her way to melt some chocolate and make a test batch until we got the color PERFECT. I mean it was above and beyond. You can tell she not only knows what she's doing but has the BEST disposition and customer service. It took everything in me not to hug her. She explained how to achieve other details I needed to decorate the pops. I went in there as a final attempt to get this color right and she made sure I left with the answer.
