BUYER BEWARE!!!
Went for their Happy Hour on a weeknight and were surprised to see only one other couple.
We ordered one regular roll and 2 signature rolls from the Happy Hour menu along with a glass of wine again from the Happy Hour menu and a small house sake. For dessert we ordered the brownie roll.
All of the rollos were average but here is the problem. When I get the bill all the pricing of the items is completely off. I make the comment to the waiter and he is temporarily dumbfounded but then states that i am right and will fix it.
When he comes back he still has items miss priced, so I grill him asking him why is there still incorrect pricing? His statement is that they are having problems with the system and others have complained and I should write a review. Well here it is!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! if you do not pay attention to the bill they apparently overcharge you and even though they have a system problem, apparently it is up to the customer to point out the errors. Doesn't seem very honest to me.
I have attached copies of both the original receipt and my corrected receipt here in yelp so you can see it for yourself.
Happy hour house wine should be at $6.99 less 50% Happy hour Maguro roll is $ $9.00 not $ 11.50 Brownie roll is $12.50 not $12.94 (see attached pic of menu showing the price).
I feel bad about writing such s bad review but I also don't like being ripped off.
Food was average but I will not patronize a restaurant that is dishonest. If you do this type of deception on the check then how can I be sure of the quality of the food - especially raw sushi.
Too many restaurants in Miami, this one is not worth the visit. Management needs to clean up its act.

From the moment you walk in, you are kindly greeted by the waiting staff and a warm and cozy ambiance. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and kept very clean. We were attended by Eileen and she provided excellent customer service to my wife and I with exceptional care. She provided us insight into various dishes and knew the answer to every dish Ohana serves. She was also very polite.
On a rainy night, I decided to order the Fish soup which had a rich broth full of micro greens with shrimp and dumplings. Had to be one of the most delicious soups I’ve had in a while.
We ordered various sushi’s from different categories. We selected the Waku and the Samurai rolls from the Signature Rolls section. Both were delicious but the one that stood out the most was the Waku, which was recommended to us by Eileen. The Waku was an explosion of flavors, a true Japanese and Peruvian fusion. Absolutely delicious. The Samurai roll was also very tasty and had a nice kick to it. We also ordered the classic California roll which was very nice and fresh.
To finish it off we shared a delightful Oreo roll from the desserts menu. It was to die for. Served with ice cream topped with whipped cream and strawberries it was a very well crafted dessert.
Overall our experience was great and I have no complaints. I highly recommend Ohana to everyone.

Read moreI tried to speak to someone in management in the hopes of finding out more about the establishment and the owners. We were looking for another sushi place to call "home" as a family. Instead, i spoke to a rude young girl who only speaks spanish and spent the entire time ignoring us while speaking to other people instead. Customer service is dead here...its not worth the sushi when there are so many other great sushi places around! Avoid this place. Response to reply: To elaborate, your employee was not only inconsiderate, but rude. She was not speaking to customers, she said the place was dead, but instead with her friends, laughing and ignoring our requests. Your response did nothing to address our concerns for your complete lack of customer service and the main reason why other families should avoid this place. I sincerely hope this resonates enough with you that your behavior changes towards your customers. But trying to explain this review away as "your too busy with customers to notice us" is pathetic and we all see right thru the lies. I...
