I loved this place but one person ruins it for all! I’m huge on respect and customer service and most importantly asking kindly! Just FYI this women yelled at my son and everyone in the salon stood quiet! They knew for 2 seconds it was completely unacceptable the way she spoke…This is an employee or manager.. I don’t know.. her words were DONT PLAY ON THAT CHAIR THATS A 600 dollar chair! I stood quiet I didn’t say a word! I told my son sit still it’s not to play with! I said it in a LOW voice! I am the mother and I Don’t yell! She could have said Please don’t play there you can get hurt! But honestly She could have told ME please have him sit in the waiting area!! That would have been more human!… I felt horrible, embarrassed that an employee yelled at my child!… I never yell. I looked straight at her I didn’t say a word and she kept talking to the man whom she was cutting his hair! Again that was a place I enjoyed going to! Quick nice cuts for everyone. And now.. I feel terrible! Personally. Please learn to treat others how you want to be treated! Speak to the child’s parents! Don’t yell at a child. I understand your “Chair is 600” and you can’t get another one right “now”but the way you handled it was hurtful! If someone yelled at your child like that… what would have been the reaction?? I’m sure not good. I was more shocked then anything! Please please be respectful. I would never embarrassed a mom like that…..I’m sure she herself can relate with how hard things can be! Put yourself in my shoes and treat others with kindness! You never know what someone is going through.. She really messed up my holiday… I never experienced...

If it wasn't due to the fact that the female hair stylist did an amazing job on my toddler's hair style, this would be a much lower review.

I have not been able to look at my hair without breaking down. I was given to the older male stylist while the female cleaned the store in prep for closing. I explained that while I didn't know exactly what style I wanted, I really just wanted my hair thinned out and that I was trying to grow out my bangs but I needed them out of my eyes. He asked if I wanted long layers and I said that sounded good and asked for some facial framing as well. He never asked how much I wanted cut off and I assumed since I said I just wanted it thinned and that I was trying to grow it out, he understood I did not want a lot cut off. He ended up taking off about 5 inches. The "long" layers he recommended ended up being as long as my bangs, which he also recut, taking about 1.5 inches off. My hair is incredibly wavy and thick and despite me stating my hair does not handle short lengths, he cut my layers shorter than they've ever been. I have tried to straighten my hair 3 times in the past day and my hair does not hold it and ends up in a mushroom shape. While the stylist was friendly, he cannot handle a simple trim and does not listen to what the customer (or even himself) says. My advice: research the stylists and book the one everyone is raving about but stay away from the older...

if i could give you 0 stars i would but you guys messed up my hair so badly i felt lightheaded while paying because i hated it so much. the day before i gave myself a haircut trying to get layers and did it terribly so i went here so you guys can fix it and i said “i was hoping you could give me layers and fix what i messed up” she said “there’s no shape” so she spent about 10 minutes giving my hair “shape” which was just her walking around and cutting random strands of hair. after she gave it shape she just kept cutting it shorter and shorter and then made my bangs bigger, which i don’t know how she did, but she somehow thought it looked good. which it didn’t. ALSO, might i add, to cut my bangs she twisted them all up together and cut it. WHO DOES THAT?? she told me she was done and i got up off of the chair and moved it around to try to get myself to like it but i hate it so much. when i went home i showered, washed my hair and moved it around. nothing helped it looks good. it looks like a 5 year old did it. my bangs are uneven, my “layers” aren’t even layers it’s just terribly cut hair. she really thought this looked good. i hate my hair and hate my appearance. i will never be coming here again.
