I keep giving this location chance after chance after to redeem themselves and they continue to disappoint. A friend of mine and I went to this location on National Burrito Day excited for burritos. This location is the closest to me so we agreed to give them a try even though the attitude of the staff and flavor of the food was sub-par at best, they either over season or under season their meats so they either have no flavor at all or are super spicy, which is why I have intentionally avoided going back. They don't know how to roll burritos. They seriously made it into a ball. It's not like it was packed with too much stuff either. Needless to say the experience was incredibly disappointing... again. Since this was my third time of disappointment here at this location I decided to email corporate just to make them aware. Corporate came back immediately apologizing for the experience and even sent me gift cards to replace the previous meals and encouraged us to give them another chance. Fast forward to today, we go to redeem the gift cards and give them one last chance... I expected to pay for the guac, chips and queso because the gift cards clearly indicate that it's good for a burrito, burrito bowl or two tacos without anything extra. So I gave my gift card to the cashier and she looked at me like I had 8 heads. It took 3 of them to figure out how to scan the gift card. Then they told me I still owed them $13.37. I looked at them and said "$13 for chips and queso, guac and a drink??" They then proceeded to tell me the gift cards are only for buy 1 get 1 free purposes so I owed for everything. I said no, #1 these were sent to me due to a bad experience here in the past and #2 nowhere on these cards does it indicate buy 1 get 1 free (I had read them a couple of times carefully before we even decided to go back). They refused to show me where on the cards it stated that and refused to honor them, so we left. I have emailed corporate once again just so they're aware because this location and it's staff sucks at this point and we will never go back! They are in bad need of new management and their staff needs an attitude adjustment big time. The guy dishing out rice seem extremely inconvenienced when my friend asked for plain rice for his son (no cilantro) and plain tomatoes... I guess it's soo inconvenient to employees when people have food intolerance and ask for specific items that we know the company offers even if it's not out on display. This is not the right way to run a business and get customers to come back. Luckily the sandwich shop next door...
Read moreThis Chipotle has been going downhill for years. I never thought it could get any worse but here I am writing this review. First, I'm not convinced anyone speaks English there. They seemed to have trouble with simple requests.Things like "I'm not ready yet" seemed challenging for them as they kept yelling "Next! Next!" even though my wife, child and myself were the only ones ordering. Then when I was asking for food they kept getting things wrong. "Black beans" really does mean "black beans". Not any other kind. The other server plopped food into our respective bowls my a "my-choice attitude as I had to keep correcting him as he tried adding things I didn't order. He then began to place an aluminum take-out lid on my wife's order. When we both told him the order was to stay (several times), he looked at us with a straight face and continued to put the lid on anyway. After this continuous correcting of the staff, I got tired and told my family to leave. We weren't eating there. The manager had been sitting in the high chairs and asked what was wrong. I described my experience and he said...that we were wrong (!) because he had been watching the whole thing and his staff had done nothing wrong. I was shocked. He couldn't see anything because the three of us were up on the food safety glass. We were blocking his view. He repeated that his staff did nothing wrong. I reminded him that I was the customer and that his opinion of my customer service didn't matter. Only mine. He could've said something like "I'm sorry this wasn't a great experience for you" or something to that effect. Instead, he waved us off with a sarcastic "Have a nice day", so we left...and drove right down to Waters Ave where there is a brand new, clean and pleasant Chipotle. We were listened to, served politely and had a great experience. I will NEVER visit the Citrus Park store again. If they don't want my money, I will not force them to take it. This was some of the worst customer service we've received in a very long time. The place could close down tomorrow and we'd never miss it. *I'm betting the manager actually responds here proving my point.

Read moreWhere do I begin! To start the main reason Ive given this location soooo many opportunities is its one of my daughters favorite chains. Our lasy vist went this way. Waited in line the normal 15 mins ordered our meals then the gun began. After paying the $60 for four bowls/burritos. A premium price for a “premium” product right? Wrong! I wont even go on how a $12 burrito has sunk to Taco Bell portion sizes. I order 4 small fountain drinks. The young lady working the counter says we are out of small cups. She then asks if I still want fountain drinks. Sure we do. So I get charged for large drinks because they cant stock their store properly. Shouldnt you have given us the large cups? Well after overcharging us for sodas I walk over to get one. Guess what? NO ICE! I ask the young lady if there’s ice she says she will get it. Now when I explain this next part there are 4 men working the line and the grill who overheard my frustrated question about the ice. Well she continues taking care of two more clients while my wife, kids and myself are standing at the soda machine like fools. Finally we sit and start our meals with our large empty cups waiting on ice. I finally see her heading to the soda machine lugging a 5 gallon of ice. Shes probably 5 feet tall. Hardly able to carry much less dump this bucket of ice over her head. Not one of her taller male coworkers wanting to assist I end up taking the bucket and filling the machine. Problem solved? No! Did I mention I then had to ask her for four forks and napkins because there were none next to the soda machine. After a sigh she went behind the counter and handed me both and we were finally able to eat our “meal”. Good luck with this location. I do want to say this is not the first frustration w this location and thats why Im finally posting...
