I am appalled by the service and attitude of the 2 employees working the stand on September 19, 2023, around 4pm. Almost everything in the case was empty or stale. They had sloppily hand written signs about, saying they do not have the "packs". But after conversing, it turns out they have the boxes, they just have none filled. After asking for a 4 pack of the only thing they had ready, (because anything else was going to take over 45 minutes to be ready), I was told they can't do that because they have none ready. If I want a "4 pack" they would have to be individually boxed and priced at single item pricing. I asked them why they couldn't take what they had and just simply put it into a pack and charge me that way, and the inability or unwillingness to understand my point and the brazen rudeness was abhorrent. The other employee, with customers about loudly exclaiming she's going to go sit down for 10 minutes while everything is empty and stale was crazy to me. I've spent a lot of time working in service, and I never would dream od treating customers this way or behaving in such a manner infront of customers. I've never done this, but even a day later I'm still really bothered by their attitude. About 4 people were in front of me and a few behind. 18 minutes later at 1748, I'm at the register and there are several available treats that just came out. The employee rudely said he's done serving and they're closed. One of the families behind me left and they there stayed with me trying figure out why we couldn't purchase the Cinnabon right there OR why weren't we told not to wait in line because you would close if you couldn't get to us by a certain time? He proceeded to ignore anything we asked. A young lady closing with him directed us to call mall customer service or security to voice our concerns.
